Ironically, a brand name company does not have metal teeth in their plastic dispensers, and so is a bit hard to cut - especially with crystal clear tape. And with another brand like this, the dispensers opens up too easily, so you have to tape them shut. These hold together quite firmly. However, the tape will get 'lines' across -- for every time you stop pulling, and sometimes many 'tracks'. But it looks like good tape in general. If you're using it to tape torn pages with words, you may want to choose another brand, otherwise it's great. ... show more
