The media could not be loaded. Go ahead and purchase one of these little gadgets. This tape dispenser is everything. It cuts off the tapes in like perforated pieces. Maybe 2 inch slices I don’t know who came up with this but I love it very easy to use once it’s set up. It’s a little difficult because there aren’t many instructions on it or maybe I just didn’t understand it but overall, videos helped, the concept is executed greatly. After you get it going, it works well I will get another one. Maybe another color probably purple I don’t know but it’s beautiful I like it. It works great!. Go ahead, buy it! I went on YouTube and watch how to load the tape. It was a lot easier than I thought, And you don't need 3 rolls of tape. works wonderful. I love it. I am so glad that I have it. The instructions are not helpful, the wording does not make sense. I had to U-tube on how to use it. If I understand it correctly, you need to use 3 rolls of heat tape for it to work, I did not order three rolls of tape when I purchased the tape dispenser, so now I am waiting on another order of tape. then to load the tape, seems a bit cumbersome for me. will update my review when I get my next order of tape. I hope I can get it to work for me

Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I feel like every time I’ve bought a tape dispenser it comes with tape. That isn’t the case here, so if you’re buying it under that assumption, make sure to add some to your cart! Other than that the dispenser seems fine.
