We upgraded our echo to the new echo show 15. Absolutely love, the fact that we can watch Netflix, DIRECTV, and Amazon prime. I did purchase the stand, which gives you the flexibility to adjust the angle when sitting on a table. Very easy to assemble, excellent sound quality and picture.

Integrated well with Google calendar. Voice recognition and face recognition for multiple users means can be tailored to individual. Have reminder for myself and family so I don't forget when it is my turn to take to practices. Integrated all streaming apps so you can cook and watch same time. The recipes allow you to dictate step by step instructions. Only negative is voice commands for streaming are only enabled for prime,not other apps,and there is no storage on the device for the remote(I am already on my second one from messing up the first......heat and plastic don' mix y'all).

I love my AI and I love this device! It's big enough you don't have to wear glasses to view the display but small enough to pack and take on a road trip. Don't leave home without it!

We wanted the show to let us access Alexa from the kitchen AND provide us with a TV to stream video. It does both well and we love the added features of the Show compared to the other Alexa (no screen) devices we have. But be prepared for some head scratching. Figuring out how to control streaming services takes a while to learn. Once you switch to a streaming service, you have to rely on a virtual remote that "floats" over the top of the screen. We have it figured out now, but we still find ourselves trying to use the touch screen instead of the virtual remote. Still, we would DEFINITELY but it again.
