These are great! They are super easy to use and you can change the weight quickly by turning the bar. They don't take up much space and are perfect for home workouts. The one annoying thing is the tray. It's too flimsy and you need to hold it down with one hand while you lift the remaining dumbbell out with the other or the tray gets lifted too. You need three hands if you are using both the dumbbells. I ended up clamping the base to a piece of wood. ... show more
