I love this thing! I can set this tent up in about 3 minutes. It’s crazy how fast the setup is for the size. I love the dark layer on the interior for blocking light and UV. It still heats up like any tent but it’s much better than anything else I’ve used. The pack size and weight isn’t bad at all. The quality of the fabrics is very noticeable. I love the coverage of the rain fly and the vestibule. I’ve had this thing in full on midwestern thunderstorms and not a drop of water was detected inside. I am really impressed with the construction and design of this tent. I particularly like the blackout material in the rain fly, no light gets in... though I am sure it will get plenty warm when the sun hits it in the morning when camping. I usually seal all the seams before I take it out, but they were sealed very well rrom the factory so I don't expect any leakage happening anytime soon. Overall, very impressed with the quality so far. Easy to put up and take down alone. 6 person tent is plenty big for me, the wife, 2 cots, 2 dogs and our gear. This is a solid tent. Though I can't recommend it for backpacking at all (too many other good options that are much lighter and smaller), this is a fantastic car camping tent. Easy to set up. Definitely blocks 99% of the daylight. Had to use a light during the day to see what I was doing. Tall enough for someone 5’7” to stand up in. As with most Kelty products it feels sturdy and good quality for the price point. Used it during 50° nights and never felt too cold. Going from Keltys backpack 2person, this is a major upgrade. With rain fly on and having the option to see out the back side of this is great. Lots of room in this thing for everyone's junk. rain fly is dark and blocks a lot of sunlight, ideal for summer camps.⛺️

We love it, but the rain fly could roll back more when not needed to allow for better access to door. We've been rained on several times and never gotten wet (we did waterproof it at the beginning of the summer). I can put this tent up by myself in 10 min and it's very easy to take down and store back in it's bag. Comes with fiberglass poles vs aluminum but it does include better stakes than average. If fits one king mattress and one twin with a foot and a half to 2 ft along one edge. You'd have a lot more room if you used a queen vs king but I'm not sure you could fit two queens comfortably. ... show more
