  • Man it blows
Wow great blower… uses lots of gas, straps and off switch are cheap, it vibrates excessively but man it blows a lot of air. It is the best value for cost of any echo blower I’ve owned.

  • Why I chose this product
Nice and powerful. Compares favorably in performance to my stilh BR600 magnum that I had for years. I changed brands because of significant price difference. 2 things: Noise is louder but you should be wearing ear protection anyway to negate. Gas tank is larger but so is the engine making gas consumption greater. Time on a full tank is negligible due to this factor. Machine itself is great. ... show more

  • Works
Works well. Would love to have the metal end on the blower tube. Tube guard.

  • Powerful. Easy to use. High Quality
It is possible that in comparing this blower to the ancient handheld one i had for years, this may merely be a case of being 'relatively' better. But that's not the case. This blower kicks butt. I have a half acre portion of my yard that is cleared, but wooded with lots of leaves, twigs, branches, acorns, and a portion of this is a landscaped hill that's filed with ground / creeping juniper that is difficult to remove leaves from each Spring. without damaging the juniper. Between concentrating the full blowing force on the dense creeping juniper bed to get the leaves out of it, to broadly sweeping the large blower force in the more wide open portions of this wooded area, it took me about 3 hours to push EVERYTHING in this half acre into one long line of leaves/acorns/twigs (and also pretty large 1" diameter fallen branches) to be tarped and moved. By hand, this had taken about 8-9 hrs of hard work. These 3 hrs were easy. This was WELL WORTH the money spent. Longevity and reliability is an open question, buy my brother in law has had this same model for 8 years now, with no issues except the need once to rebuild the carburetor, which is pretty simple on these engines. When I look back at how much time i'd spent doing annual yard cleanup historically, and how fast and easy this blower made it, I regret not having made this purchase 5 yrs ago. Live and learn. ... show more

  • Blows wet leaves like they are dry!
This leaf blower is great. Our home is surround by trees (very woody), so I have a great deal of leaves every year. After trying other ways to get them up, I decided to try a back pack gas blower. I did a lot of research and stop when I read the reviews on Echo PB-755ST 63.3cc. I bought one and I am so happy I did. It has a rigid form pad attached so it can rest against your back comfortably. The slight vibration from the engine give me a back massacre while I am using the blower and I back doesn't get tried. The blower is powerful enough to blow wet leaves, sticks, acorn and rocks. It has different speeds from IDLE to all the FULL. The trigger will lock when the speed setting is at MID or FULL so I don't have to keep holding the trigger at all times. I use idle to blow leaves out of the small rocks we have. To me, the starting procedure is like starting a gas weed eater. It's fast at blowing leaves wet or dry. I did want to buy an expensive leaf blower, but the Echo PB-755ST 63.3cc sounded like it would be a big help to me. So I pucked up and bought it. GREAT BUY!!! It's a huge help with an acre of leaves. ... show more

  • For large wooded yards this machine will save you time and effort.
I have been struggling with a Husquvarna hand held to push the leaves up in a row/pile and mulch them out with a garden tractor. I have a SEA of leaves in the fall on a 1 acre lot mostly shaded with hardwoods. This Echo PB755ST will push them up in a fraction of the time and effort. Really usable throttle, on idle it will blow leaves out of the flower beds without blasting the mulch with it, 50% throttle is plenty to move leaves until they get knee deep then full throttle will blow them anywhere I want them and quick. Starts on the first pull, runs great. It is loud, advertises at 74db @ 50 ft it is at least 100 db full throttle at the operator. One will need a very good set of ear muffs or muffs and ear plugs, safety glasses are a must this unit will propel a small stone or twig so hard against a fence it will come back right at you. It is heavy, 26# empty, but in the same range of similar units of comparable power. Actually wearing this one on my back was easier on me than the lighter handheld. Glad I bought it, completely satisfied and I am a retired Rotating Equipment Specialist. ... show more
