    • Horrible customer service experience
The EccoTemp L10 is a dangerous unit. The one I purchased appeared undamaged but when it was connected up flames came out of the internal valve inside. It easily could have exploded if I did not immediately see the flames coming out of the side of the unit. Customer support insisted that I over tightened the gas connection without even having see the unit. They would not replace the unit and the only way I got my money back was by filing a complaint with the BBB where they are located. ... show more
