I am an experienced sewer and have several machines. Some of the other machines are so involved to get set up and start sewing a new project. I wanted a simple, basic machine that was easy to set up and use for simple projects and repairs. This is an excellent small machine and a great value for the price. I was looking for a replacement for a 3/4-size machine I gave away a few years ago. This one fits the bill. Has just enough stitches for utility, and I can get it out and put it away without any trouble.

Amazed at the performance of this little machine. I am a quilter and purchased this for taking to class. My large Elna was to heavy for me to lift in and out of the car. I knew I wanted another Elna. This one only weighs 13 pounds but it really performs well.
