I don't use a lot of pre-workout, but this is gentler than any other pre-workout I've used. It gives a good perk, but no jitteriness. This doesn't give the Incredible Hulk effect that I've looked for in the past, but this does suit me now (and is probably better on my blood pressure). The ingredients are cleaner and better for you than the average product. This is mixed differently than most. Instead of shaking (or even stirring), this you just pop in a glass with 8 oz of water and it erupts like a science fair volcano (same color, too). Be sure to use a larger glass than you expect; mine nearly overflowed! It did dissolve very easily, no stirring or shaking necessary. As far as taste, this leaves something to be desired. It's not bad, but it's not great, sort of artificial/chemically. It might be better if I used very cold water. At this price point, I'd expect a better flavor.

This pre workout definitely does its job when it comes to energy and workout performance. I noticed a good boost in focus and stamina without feeling overly jittery or crashing afterward. It mixed well and also seemed gentler on my stomach compared to some stronger pre workouts. I like that it includes ingredients aimed at joint mobility support too, which is a nice bonus for longer workouts and recovery. The only downside for me was the flavor. The Peach Nectar taste isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely a bit lacking and not as flavorful as I expected. It has a somewhat muted, slightly artificial aftertaste. Still, the effectiveness makes up for it, and I’d continue using it for the performance benefits alone.

This pre workout drink powder is serious business for serious workouts. ( it notes not to exceed two drinks per day). The description of what it does is pretty generalized saying it increases energy, focus, muscle performance and endurance, joint mobility and comfort. The lable doesn't do a great job pointing out which ingredients do what, aside from FruiteX-B's ability to support joint mobility and comfort and bone health (Fruitex-B is patented.) The flavor has a lot going on, and I think the stand out is that it has potassium bicarbonate in it - which is great for muscle recovery and also helps with stomach acid (heart and nerve health etc.) Its the main ingredient in most heartburn suppliments and I think thats what I taste most. Its almost a salty peach flavor with a bit of an aftertaste that doesn't hang around long. I can taste the beetroot extract a bit. Keeping in mind pre-workout drinks aren't supposed to taste amazing (you can't go around drinking them all day) and compared to others, this is one of the better tasteing ones. It gets me through my workout and I don't seem to have as much muscle fatigue or strain next day. I'm getting older and am trying to keep up my weight training while preserving my joints. A little boost to help me keep hitting those milestones is exactly what this gives me. I do wish the labeling was a bit easier to read and you need to be careful not to remove the entire lable when you open the lid because its all connected and will come right off. You get a full 20 servings out of each container (scoop in powder), so the price isn't bad per serving. If you need to invest in elevating your body's ability to handle intense workouts - this is a great option.

I have been going to the gym for over 20 years and prefer to work out early in the morning. I don't really care to drink hot coffee before I work out so I usually take a serving of pre-workout instead about 30 minutes before I leave to help give me energy and to help me wake up. Overall this pre-workout mix seems to be a good product and is easy to consume. It did not give me any jitters or adverse side effects and does not have a strong mineral taste like some of the other pre-workout mixes I have tried in the past. The peach flavor itself wasn't terrible but it definitely smelled much better than it tasted. While it did have somewhat of an artificial taste, it went down fairly easily without any major offensive taste and no upset stomach. The ingredient list seems good and I like that it does not contain any sucralose or artificial colors/flavors. The mix contains almost all the ingredients I look for in a pre-workout mix like beta-alanine, caffeine, L-tyrosine, L-theanine, and beetroot, but I do wish it contained a little more caffeine as I usually take between 200 and 250 mg before I work out and this only contains 175 mg per serving. My only gripe so far with this mix is how foamy it became after mixing. I had to let it sit for over 10 minutes and scoop out some of the foam with a spoon before drinking. Pricing is not terrible but it is more expensive than other similar competitor products. In the end it might be worth the extra cost to you if you are looking to avoid the artificial colors and dyes that are common in these products.
