  • Just ordered more and another charger!
I use a pile of these for our home automation equipment. Everything from motion sensors to water leak sensors use the CR2 batteries. As you might imagine buying throw away batteries gets a bit expensive and this is the ideal way to control those expenses. I find the RCR2's from EBL last almost as long as a throw-away cell in my devices. Seeing how I can monitor my battery status for every device in my system, I can not see any significant difference in the run time from these cells to the throw-aways. The bonus is I don't have to throw them away, simply plug them in the charger and swap them out as needed. I'm a big fan of EBL. I have purchased other cell sizes and chargers from them and they all work equally well. Anyone getting tired to throwing away money on batteries should look into these, they pay for themselves in no time at all. ... show more

  • Good product
I use these for my security sensors on my doors etc. They do work well but the lifespan of a charge is maybe half of what a disposable battery lasts but these are worth the effort as it saves a lot of money in the long run.

  • Perfect for my use
I purchased S&W SD9 VE Crimson Trace and SD40 VE Crimson Trace. The Crimson Traces uses a CR2 battery. For not much more than a package of regular CR2 batteries I picked this up. Recharging saves money and the environment. While battery life isn't quite as good as the standard CR2, having spares on hand addresses that. They are somewhat larger than standard CR2 but work perfectly for me. ... show more

  • Didn’t work initially. Then new battery literally melt the SwitchBot
Bought these for the switchbot which had been working fine for over a year but needed a new battery. The first time I needed a new battery, I bought some Amazon basics ones which were fine and had gone through 2 replacement cycles with no issue. But figured the price for rechargeable weren’t much more once I ran out of the Amazon basics.. Well after charging them up and inserting them, testing that the switchbot worked, the next day the bots were dead again. I was confused. Tried new batteries which were also freshly charged. This time one of the bots started to melt. Needless to say, I am returning the batteries since I no longer have working switchbots to even need the batteries. Time to upgrade to proper timed switches. ... show more

  • Lasts as Long As More Expensive Brands
I didn't have high expectations for these batteries. The price was low enough, so I decided to give them a trial. After over 3 months use, all the batteries have been through several charge and discharge cycles. From a full charge, they last about 90% as long as conventional batteries. One advantage is that they don't go dim. The disadvantage is the same as you have with any rechargeable; it goes dead quite suddenly. That isn't a problem if you can carry a spare, enclosed in an extremely small Ziploc bag, to keep both contact ends away from metal. I keep a spare battery at the bottom of my holster. Buy these with a charger. $ave Dollar$. ... show more

  • Good value if you use these batteries frequently enough
I have a variety of devices that use 3v lithium batteries, but only ONE that uses CR2 variety. Charger I have for CR123s won't charge CR2, so I had to buy this kit. Charge is great & easy to use. Charges 1-4 batteries, each separately. LED lights indicating charging/charged. Batteries themselves seemed wonky, though. My ONE device will frequently not work, even though the batteries have been recently charged. When I take the batteries out & test them, there have been times where one battery is fully charged & the other is stone-cold dead. I've had to toss out a couple of these batteries because they will no longer accept a charge after this happens. For as little as I use these batteries, I think I will switch back to disposable. ... show more

  • Fairly Decent Deal
For some reason, the microphone I use these in eats them in about 15-20 minutes. Come to find it, that mic eats pretty much ANY battery in that time so the batteries appear to be fine. The charger is small, light, and compact. I use it at least 3-4 times a week (because of my hungry microphone) and it has worked fine since arriving. The only downside is I actually prefer a charger with some heft to it and this one just doesn't have it. I know some people prefer lighter electronics, but I often sit this on a desk and it is so light it slides all over the place which is a pain. ... show more
