I've been using EBL batteries and charger for over 4 years and of all the options on Amazon for rechargeable from regular to lithium, EBL is consistently the best IMHO. I used powerl**p, power*wl, and many others. The regular EBL non rechargeable batteries are fantastic as well. I finally went all in and paid the high prices the lithium rechargeable batteries cost, and alao bought a EBL 4 battery multi charger as the power*wl and other chargers wouldn't charge everything. I've used regular lithium non rechargeable for blink cameras, remotes, drones, etc. they beat every other battery hands down. But I'd invest in the rechargeable lithium EBL s if you have blink or remotes or anything else. I bought a battery case to keep em all organized, a charger, and about 20 of double and triple a. Sure it's an investment. But after years of using them I've never had to buy a battery again and they last a very, very long time. So, EBL or Bust. They didn't pay me for this review nor did I receive free product. They're just that good, and I believe in giving credit where it is due.

I am giving this product 5 stars because I appreciate the innovative design. I agree with some of the other reviewers that when placing the batteries in sometimes you have to wiggle the battery to get a good contact. Ideally, I would give a 4.5 stars due to this issue. Hopefully, the manufacturer will improve this in the future. That aside it is a compact charging solution. I like the capacity rating of the batteries. I have not run any all the way down. I tend to use and then top off and that is why I like this charging solution.

The batteries appear to be working well, although I have not fully discharged them to determine their capacities. However, the charger is finicky. When inserting the batteries into the charging well/aperture of the charger, contact with the battery terminals is not positive or is intermittent at times. Jiggling the battery in the charging well can establish, or re-establish, contact and the charging will proceed. This can cause charging of the batteries to be apprehensive because if the charger is accidentally bumped, the batteries can unseat and stop charging. However, once charged, the batteries seem to work well.

The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, they did not work very well for me. 2 of 4 AA batteries were running low voltage (~1.44v) and I was getting low batt warning from Blink camera even after the full charge. The other two seem to work ok so these might be just a bad batch. Also, the charger is very sensitive. You have to wiggle a few times to get it correctly charging. When I tried charging for the first time, a few batteries didn't charge at all because it wasn't getting proper contact. I am trying to reach out to the manufacturer and they wanted a photo or video proof. I will provide an update. UPDATE: EBL responded to my email and they will send a replacement unit.

The batteries are just what any device that may be sensitive to 1.5v (which these are) vs. 1.2V (a typical NiMH) needs. Made all the difference with my Roku TV remote. And, the batteries hold the 1.5v charge for a long time. The charger, however, is a burden. The batteries rest lightly in the sockets and don't make a good connections. Often they need spun around or wiggled for the charge lights to change. And those lights are VERY bright. Not a good choice for any room where somebody wants to sleep.

Great longevity of charge, lasted nearly 2 weeks in my Blink outdoor 2 cameras without charging. Looking forward to connecting a small solar panel to charge during the day and test how much longer they’ll last. Top notch performance for a great price!

Seams to work good and the batteries work as long as the draw is not to much, as in don't use with most flashlights (this is according to EBL in a query about the flickering flashlight problem). Also the batteries can only be used with this charger which makes this package only for certain applications. As the saying goes " A sucker born every minute. Highly not recommended.
