edited 1 month ownership. this is now my daily driver for work and short trips. i put about 100 miles a week on it. i did get a rear flat but was able to purchase a slime product to inject into the tubless tire and it sealed right up and still works great. i recommend anyone who rides it daily to put slime into the tire just to prevent flats! nice peace of mind. Also installed a second battery. i used a y splitter cable so i can have both batteries going in parrellel. they are inexpensive and now i have 28AH to ride with. i just strap the second battery to rear seat. I also noticed inflating the tires to 42psi instead of the 35 psi they came with got me a couple more miles worth of battery. i recommend (even box it comes in says to check for saftey) the tire sidewall says 35-45 psi. i find 40-45 psi to be so amazing and still good handeling. This will be my initial review. I have only had the bike for less than a week. PRO TIP:after 1 month of owning i read alot of the negative reviews and almost all things mentioned are addressed in the instructions! You spent alot of money on an ebike at least read instructions :P. also customer service is phenominal! i cant say enough good things. they sell extra batteries! TLDR(too long didnt read) All in all it is a very nice package and will be great for trips to places that have roads or sidewalks. Seems very sturdy and easy to use. Comes with neat features and extra goodies like bike lock, alarm, front basket and rear seat for passanger. I am 6 foot 3 inches @280lbs and it works well for me using pure electric mode! Zips down the road going 20mph and even up hills. I love the bike and do not regret the purchase!!! Seller/Manufacturer stands by there product 110% wich is rare these days. Buy it you wont look back. PS:I was able to make 24 miles round trip with 20% battery left(the battery indicator is actualy very accurate). I interacted with customer service and they were very attentive and fast to respond. The packaging was thoughtful and thorough. Bike was easy to assemble. Only really have to install the pedals and it comes with all the tools you need plus some extras, like a multi tool with wrench and allen set. Adjusting the height of the seat and handle bars was very straightfoward. I being 6 feet and 3 inches tall have it on the highest setting and it works for pure electric mode very well. If you plan on pedaling alot even using the pedal assist i would reccomend a larger product as your knees come very close to the front bars. It is super awkward to pedal for tall peoples. In pure electric mode this thing can carry my 280 pounds just fine even with a slightly steep incline it still goes about 15mph. On flat roads it easily hits 22mph and down heals it breezes at upwards of 30mph. Build is solid and feels nice and sturday. Cable management is done very well. Lights including blinkers all are very bright and work nice at night. The bike lock it comes with is only 1 meter (3 feet) long but seems reliable. It will keep honest men honest. Personaly i spent an additonal 50 bucks on another bike lock and have no regrets. It comes with a basket for the front that can hold about 2 cubic feet of stuff. It isnt super sturday so nothing very heavy but for stuff you need for your trip it works well. Like coats or purse and even 1 bag worth of groceries. I had used the basket for about 15 pounds of groceries and it works great. It comes with an set of keys for the bike itself to start it and put on the alarm system (as far as i can tell the alarm once armed detecs vibrations and as long as battery is installed it will use the horn to emit a siren). The battery has a key to lock it into the frame. This seems useful to detour thieves and is very easy and quick to unlock and remove battery if needed. The battery weights about 9 pounds so it is not super heavy to carry and even has a nice carry handle. ... show more

Firstly, the customer service (CS) provided by this company is top-notch! I was planning a trip with the family and wanted to bring ebikes with us. We had rented some on other trips and found them so much fun that I decided to purchase them before this trip. I was specifically looking for something relatively compact and these fit the bill. I had planned to buy multiple but wanted 1 to test before purchasing the rest. The issue was I decided this only 3 weeks prior to the trip. I reached out to customer service prior to buying the 1st one and they assured me we could make it work. I received the 1st bike 7 days later. Unboxing and putting together was really easy, even by myself. I think anyone that's able to lift 50 lbs or so can also easily do it alone. To my surprise, it also came with a multi-tool kit and therefore no additional tools were needed! Also not readily apparent during purchase is it comes with a keyed bike lock (with mounting bracket) and basket for the front. As others have reviewed here, mine also arrived with the bottom battery housing broken (picture attached). I reached back out to CS and within hours received a reply stating that a new housing had been ordered and will be shipped from China. While the broken housing didn't prevent operation, it did allow the battery to shake and rattle while riding. Placing a kitchen cleaning sponge under the battery before locking it into place was a great temporary fix (picture attached). The battery likely came with some charge because it took less than 2 hours for the initial full charge (indicated by the red light turning to green on the charging power brick). Initial test went great so I quickly ordered 2 more in hopes they would arrive before our trip. They also arrived within about 5 business days. We only got to ride them a couple days on our trip, but they were fun! It really felt like riding a motorscooter more than an ebike. On one day we rode around an entire college campus, stopping at several locations. This was in the mountains of NC so we had a few hills to climb. I’m 5’9” & 180lbs and only had to help the bike get up 2 of the steeper hills. After the college tour we took the bikes to a nature trail and rode there for a couple more hours. In all, we racked up right at 20 miles over a 5 hour period, up and down several hills, and my battery indicator only lost 2 of the 5 bars. Note, this was almost entirely on throttle alone, which brings me to the 1 issue I have with this ebike and believe that many ebike riders would want to know. The pedal assist system or (PAS) is relatively useless (unless climbing a steep hill). There are 3 electronic speed settings, M1, M2, and M3. M1 being the slowest which will get you up to about 15mph on a flat surface. If the bike is on then it must be in one of those settings. When you begin to pedal it will kick in almost immediately and even on M1 it quickly gets faster than you can pedal (given that there’s only 1 physical gear on the bike). The result is a jerky feeling of on-off electric mode. Therefore we found the best way to ride the ebikes was throttle only and would only pedal when it slowed to less than 5mph on an incline. Summery with some pros and cons: Pros: 1. Low price 2. Excellent customer service 3. Compact design, can fit in the trunk of most cars. 4. Was able to maintain 20MPH on a flat road for over a mile. 5. Comes with lots of extras, phone holder with built-in charging USB port is a plus! Cons: 1. The pedal assist system or (PAS) is relatively useless (unless climbing a steep hill). 2. Slightly more difficult to control steering than a full-size bike. Felt the need to be more cautious when riding with one hand and wouldn’t even attempt to let go of the bars altogether. 3. Battery housing must be a flawed design, it was broken on all 3 of the bikes I ordered. Note, the new battery housing was delivered as promised while we were still on the trip. CS has also confirmed that the other 2 are on the way. I haven’t installed it yet, the sponges seem to be working well. -- Update June 2023: They also work well on the beach (moist packed sand). ... show more
