It was delivered prior to estimated date witch was nice. The box came with a hole in it. As it didn't have any major damage it did have some scratches that removed the paint in that area witch was a bummer. New bike and already scratched up but not worth returning and wait for something new. The bike was easy to put together and seems to be heavy duty. We had one issue as one of the nuts somehow got cross threaded and had to be taken in for repair. Got it for my son and he is a big boy and needed something that could get him around. He has really enjoyed the bike. His friends and grandpa are even looking into get themselves one. One suggestion is directions for the saddle bag. That took a bit to figure out with no instructions.

I have long wanted an electric bike. When I finally chose one I didn't really research it. I impossibly bought my first e bike and although I was somewhat satisfied i knew I wanted more of everything. After much research and saving a little extra every week I finally chose on a Movcan EB60. The bike called to me. From the frame to the tires it an easy choice. The 26 x 4 in tires are great fun and provide a very smooth ride. This bike has all the bells and whistles I wanted. The price was right and I decided to purchase it. I received the bike in a timely fashion and although the box was a bit torn all of the main components were intact. The bike was 90% built and the rest of the building was straight forward; the splash guards, headlight, and the front wheel. That's all. Perhaps it took about 30 min in total. Once i had the bike put together it was time to charge the bike and that is when I notices that the soft rubber cover that covers the battery was not on the bike. I checked the box and it was nowhere to be found. I emailed MovCan customer service and they were more that happy to help me. It was as easy as asking and upon proof of the missing piece via photograph Ms. Lynn Lee Marketing & Sales Manager contacted me and was able to send me a new cover. I am now waiting on the cover now. Movcan and Ms Lee solved my issue in a few days and my bike will be as it was originally meant to be. The bike rides like a dream and I am very pleased to have chosen Movcan for my next level E Bike. I highly 100% recommend the Movvab EB60 for those looking for a reliable fat tire e bike.

I really love this bike! The motor is very strong and makes it easy to go fast, even uphill. I can reach around 35MPH, and it feels smooth and steady the whole time. The fat tires make the ride comfortable on roads, dirt, and even gravel. The battery lasts a long time—I can ride all day without worrying about running out of power. The brakes work great and stop the bike quickly and safely. This is the best e-bike I’ve ever had!
