I really liked the controller it seemed like good quality, however the same can't be said for the dongle. It fell apart while removing it from the computer one day, and when I contacted the company to ask about them sending a replacement or paying for one they said there was nothing they could do. I felt very supported as a customer and doubt I would ever purchase another product from this company.

I was actually far more impressed with this controller than I expected to be, this was not my first choice I had ordered two others that ended up showing late in delivery by two weeks and got this one first and it's turned out to be the only one I use now because it is my favorite all around. This was designed very well for its price point, will buy again if I need to, but it's been at least 100 plus hours and not a single complaint. 1/19/21 Update: Dropped hard several times over the last several months with zdro impact to functionality or requiring recalibration. But i did finally ) damage it with a very hard full today, will be purchasing replacement from here. FYI Battery life is also spectacular I know observe drift on the toggles trackers overtime as they tend to wear from use and abuse on low end controllers over time. Edit as of 7/13/21: So last update many months and 3 of these controllers later... Controller life expectancy can vary wildly due to mechanical faults (cheap innard parts) that seem guaranteed to happen to all of these controllers: just some e.g. stuck or non responsive buttons or triggers and/or drifting or non responsive toggle(s). I chose to repair the first of the three to see the insides, and fixed have had no new issue since, or yet. 2nd controller eventually cannibalized for parts. Avg life with light use and no drops maybe between 100-200+ hrs, heavy use smashing or dropping can break it very quickly. Still like the item for price due to ergonomics, response time, distance it works from BT receiver, and battery life, but limited lifespan noted in 1 star reviews is accurate.

My other controller started acting up and had a lot of drift in the controls. I decided to go wireless and found this one. It was about half of what I paid for the old one and works perfectly. I love that it uses batteries and isn't rechargeable because I have one like that for my Switch and it runs down fast. This has been working fine. There is a bright light on the front that some people mention is a little too bright, but it doesn't distract me from playing anything since I don't stare at my controller, I stare at my screen. This is a good controller.

So far so good. A decent quality controller for the price. No flaws or dead spots. Buttons are responsive and not too squishy. It was easily recognized by my PC games, and seamless with Steam. It also seems to have an auto shut off (not sure the duration) and was happy to see the controller turn off when it was left idle for a while.
