It came in a HUGE and heavy box but I was able to move it and build it completely on my own as a 25 year old woman. It was easy to build and not that many steps. It took me about 30 minutes start to finish. I have a 110 pound black lab that I would describe more like a pony than dog so I needed a cage that he didn’t feel squished in and could move around. I looked at 100’s and I ended up doing this one because of the floor in it. He can ruin any cage within hours but this one he actually likes and hasn’t broken at all. I was worried with the price but it was well worth it. If you have a giant dog with anxiety this is the cage for you.

We bought this for our 60 lb dog for post surgery confinement. She is going to have to spend the majority of the next couple of months in here and she is a hardheaded turd so we did not think a regular kennel would survive her recovery. Our first impression while assembling the crate was that it was sturdy. It went together very nicely. We did have one screw that attaches the decorative nameplate that was not properly threaded but as I didn’t realize it even came with a nameplate it was not a big deal. The crate is super heavy so I appreciate the wheels. The under crate trays are super nice for catching the frequent water bowl spills…did I mention my dog is a heathen? The double doors were fantastic for putting her inside right after surgery when she couldn’t walk. She has plenty of room to stretch out and chill. If I had to list one complaint it would be I wish the latches were a bit beefier. But all in all we love the crate. A bit of advice: I would measure your doorway if you are putting the crate in a bedroom as the crate is too big to fit through a doorway without taking the door off the hinges. Assemble it in the room you want it in.

Just got the 48" crate for my giant Pyrenees puppy! She has plenty of room to move around and to grow to her adult size and still be able to use it. The bars are solid and it is very sturdy! I like the fact that it has a double door system on the front,band the hatch on the top to toss in toys or treats once the pup is in it and doors are locked. I put it together by myself in about an hour, so it was pretty easy. As far as the wheels, it was a good idea in theory, but if you have anything other than carpet, it will still slide across your floor, even in the locked position. That scared my girl the first time we went to have her step in it, so we just removed the wheels and set it on a non-skid rug to keep it from moving and scratching our floor. Overall, I think this is a great dog crate, and it seems to be much safer than those wire grid crates, especially for this size of dog! I highly recommend this crate!

All pieces plus xtra screws. Really good instructions with diagrams and details. Good quality and we are picky. Really thoughtfully designed features. We love the double front doors for our 65-lb pup. Also the rotating panel for the bowls is brilliant- no more crawling into the crate halfway trying not to spill the water on the way. We also like the rooftop peak that provides extra headroom for major post-nap stretches. The mfg was so thoughtful about ensuring all these features and quality and we so appreciate that. We had to purchase a crate as we are adopting a large rescue dog and that is a utilitarian purchase. That is, until now because we found this crate at a price we could stomach and it’s a great value. Also, our grand entry and greatroom are pretty formal; we weren’t excited about adding a crate into the middle of the space. It’s actually kinda beautiful. Would go super nicely with mission style furnishings. Oh, and 6 colors of chalk and paw magnets to decorate the name plate. So cute!

I don't know what to do with this thing it's in so many pieces and it requires multiple people to put it together. It's a freaking dog kennel. There's no reason that it should take 25 steps to assemble. We are going to have to hire a baby sitter to watch our kids so that we can attempt to put this thing together but it has so many parts and pieces that are poorly labeled I don't even know if I have all the pieces. I take one look at the instructions and immediately I can't find piece 1 which is a massive panel. But again this thing is so massive and heavy and has so many pieces that I can't even take everything out and look at it all. This is the dumbest thing I have ever bought and I'm great at putting things together. This is just ridiculous.
