Description

The Eastwood Abrasive Blast Cabinet will provide you with an effective abrasive blasting tool that is easy to assemble and has a large internal size. It also has a large top opening design that eliminates the need for side doors and allows you to place the cabinet against a wall in a shop. Plus, it comes with window liners and grip-textured gloves to ensure a secure grasp on all objects. For best results, use with a compressor capable of at least 7 cfm with 90 psi. Use with 60 grit or finer blast media. Use of Walnut shell media is not recommended Never use sand as a blasting media.

When I contacted the seller, they listened to what I had to say..they were very professional, they told me they would send out all of what I would need. And …they did just that!     • Nice... but improvements are needed
I purchased this blaster because Eastwood has a pretty good reputation and they make good products. Unfortunately, the siphon tube design of this unit (and all others like it) leaves a lot to be desired. I made modifications to the unit and now it works extremely well (you know, kinda like it SHOULD)... hence the 4 star rating. Oh.... and one more thing.... Eastwood's Customer Service is totally AWESOME! When I received my blaster, the glass was broken on the door. When I called Customer Service, the lady was extremely nice and accommodating. They shipped out a new glass that day and I had it in just a few days (not broken this time). I would have to give Eastwood Customer Service at least 5 stars. ... show more

    • Works just fine.
The unit work just fine for our purpose of removing water and chemical scale from parts that are submerged in that type of environment. We use a very fine glass media for that. This unit will serve us for quite awhile.

    • Label Packaging Better?
I think Eastwood makes good products. Just a suggestion that they label products that have glass in them as "fragile" so shipping handles them carefully. Very annoying to get a new sandblaster just to have to wait for customer service to send new glass which takes weeks while you really need to be putting the blaster to work.... ... show more

The item was slightly damaged and missing a part. Eastwood customer service said they would remedy the situation ASAP. I’ll let you guys know.

    • Flimsy
The quality of the legs is terrible. They will twist and bend and there is no way to put wheels on them. The base will fold 90˚. Ridiculous ! Very overpriced too.
