I was greatly impressed with the quality of the 9-piece dining room table and chairs. As a quality manager, I appreciate seeing the quality that is inherent in this furniture; from the craftsmanship to the packaging. The red ribbon exposed and attached to each bag of hardware indicating that the hardware was indeed included. Every pre-drilled hole aligned correctly as well as the bolt fasteners. The packaging was so secure every piece was well protected. There were no defects or marks on the table or chairs. I highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again. East West Furniture VANC9-OAK-W 9-Piece Dining Room Table Set. The screws fall out of the chairs all the time. So far my family as been lucky enough to notice them before or crawling baby, put it in his mouth and choked on it. Very dangerous to have the screws fall out if you have small children or animals. The quality of the chairs are cheap. Some of the chairs look like they are piece together and after normal use if the piece together area happens to be on the bottom of the leg, it will crack or split. The warranty didn't want to replace the one chair that has indeed split at the leg. Some other person at Amazon is trying to get it replaced. I also put a table cloth, with designs, on the table and now the design is a permanent thing on the top of the table. The table cloth made the shin come off the table and the design is left in its place. This is what happens when you order something on the internet instead of going in to a physical store. One star because I may have the same problem with a couple of other chairs. It would be no stars but I want to do a review to warn others with small children. ... show more
