I love this table. It's the perfect size for my downsized apartment. At 42 inches it seats 4 very comfortably. I have not yet extended the butterfly leaves. The package for the tabletop was torn during delivery and I held my breath & crossed my fingers for no damage as I unwrapped it. It was wrapped very securely and there was no damage. This package was oversized and HEAVY so I'm not surprised it took a bit of a beating. I absolutely needed a strong friend to help me get this up a steep flight of stairs to my apt. The option was to disassemble the box outside and bring up the parts individually. The tabletop would have still been terribly heavy! The instructions were great. The packaged hardware was separately labeled with an extra washer, locking washer and nut included "just in case." The needed tools were included. It went together very easily, a testiment to great design. It's incredibly sturdy with no wobble thanks to the leveling nubbins on the bottom of the legs. There is absolutely no movement as I lean on one side, either. I am completely pleased. The color, style and visual weight is a beautiful match to my existing chairs. My friend claimed it looks like the table was built for my chairs. My apartment now feels like a home! ... show more

Well made solid wood, this table exceeded our expectations in every way. We were looking for a country/cottage table and were about to give up when we found this. The size is perfect for a family of four, but can accommodate six in a pinch. Only possible caveat however, it may stain if protein based products, or red jams, jellies ect. are spilled on it, we use a tablecloth when not entertaining. The white wood is just beautiful, and brightens up the whole dinning room, it's also simple to clean, just a swipe with damp cloth, a you're all set. We would not hesitate to recommend this lovely table if you love a cottage vibe. The price was not unreasonable considering it is solid, heavy wood. You have to assemble, but that was a breeze, delivery was quick as well. ... show more

I bought this table last year without the leaf. Since I’m a senior and seldom have anyone around, I didn’t need the extra space. Things have changed so I ordered this table and I absolutely love it and wish I would’ve gotten it a year earlier. The look is beautiful. It’s sturdy and it has plenty of room to seat four people for a meal. It could easily fit six for a meal, but wouldn’t be as roomy. ... show more

Very sturdy, well built and nice finish. Couldn't find a scratch or dent on it anywhere. Goes together easy enough. Top is very heavy, so get some help before trying to wrestle it, especially once it's all assembled. Otherwise, much nicer than expected for that price point.

Great product! I love the table. The color is cream/ivory and not white. Very sturdy. It took me 15 min to put it together ( female). It arrived in 2 packages. The table top arrived in a damaged box and therefore there were few cracks on the paint. I contacted the seller and received a confirmation that they will ship a new top back. Can’t ask for a better support. Great product and I will definitely buy from them again. ... show more

arrived broken but didn't know it because we couldn't assemble until a month later. Surgery and other complications. Seller, OJ Commerce said too bad, even though the 30 days had not expired. They said check with East West East West wasn't too responsive since they are a reseller for China and said it was OJ's problem, but East West has a 6-month warranty that covers defective products, not wear and tear. If the products are damaged during transit, it will be the seller’s responsibility. This is the info that I sent: "We were not able to unpack and assemble the table until yesterday (2-5) because my wife had spinal surgery (1-9) and I have a mobility problem (87 yrs old). Two carpenter friends of ours started to assemble the table yesterday only to discover one side of the wooden movable track was broken. Consequently, the table will not close. Apparently, the tabletop carton was damaged in shipment...probably dropped although there was no apparent carton physical damage. We wonder if a replacement wood tract is available unless you have some other remedy in mind. I don't believe we need a replacement top as our carpenters are attempting to repair the damage. By the way, the table is perfect for application...very well made. Hoping to hear from you". East West still doesn't understand, all we wanted was a replacement part in case the repair failed, and we would pay for it. Two poor companies to deal with...very disappointed.
