This pop-up tent is great! It's spacious, easy to set up, take down, and comes with a portable bag to keep the tent. Unfortunately, after a rough downpour, the roof caved in and a small tear tore through. It wasn't because the material is bad, I live in FL where the sun is unforgiving and use it almost daily (it does say it's not intented to stay outside permanently as the material can become brittle.) Bummed out and ready to order a new tent, I noticed the company has a 3 year warranty. I contacted the company on a whim and let them know what happened. A few days later, I received a brand new tent. The replacement process was swift and easy. Overall, it's been a pleasure to have purchased this item and to have been able to have the unit replaced with no issues. This item is as described. It was easy to setup. I'm 5 feet and set it up alone in about 20 minutes. It keeps the bugs out and it's shaded, all while being airy and having a great view of the outside. I secured it with the ties and sand bags, using rocks instead of sand. It is relatively secure. In the past, I've used a mosquito net (also from Amazon) and umbrella but after they were destroyed by the wind I chose this product. I believe it's a good value for the money. ... show more

Quick take: Love this tent. Keeps the mosquitoes out, makes evenings outside possible in Florida, easy enough to set up once you get the hang of it, holds up in rain and wind with sandbags, and looks great. Not for hot summer months but perfect in cooler weather. Customer service was excellent. Zero regrets on this purchase. This is honestly one of my favorite things I own ๐Ÿ˜† I absolutely love this tent. Total game changer for me here in Florida. The main reason I got it was because of the dang mosquitoes!!! This tent thoughโ€ฆ sweet relief. Miracle. It actually keeps them out if youโ€™re mindful to get in quick and zip it up, then do the same when you leave so no bugs sneak in. I can finally sit outside at dusk which was completely unheard of before. Inside Iโ€™ve got my lounge chair and a little table and it feels like my own private getaway. I wouldnโ€™t recommend it in the hot summer months because it gets even hotter inside than outside. But in the cooler months itโ€™s pure paradise. The first time setting it up I had no clue what was happening and it definitely took two people. But after the second or third time it clicked. Now I can do it solo, but if youโ€™ve got another set of hands itโ€™s definitely quicker. A small step ladder helps for the top. Once you know the trick, it pops open in this fun way that feels like a magic trick. Getting it back into the little circle pouch still isnโ€™t my favorite thingโ€ฆ not gonna lieโ€ฆ but itโ€™s doable. Itโ€™s handled rain and โ€œwindy-ishโ€ weather just fine with the sandbags filled. If a big stormโ€™s coming though, I take it down. One minor thing that bugged me at first was the bottom flaps collecting water, but I poked a couple of tiny holes and now it just drains straight back into the ground. Problem solved. Itโ€™s also a really attractive tent, kind of like a modern little pod. Not fussy or awkward looking like some of the others I saw. And customer service? Fantastic. I had a question &they got back to me right away.. super kind and helpful. All in all, Iโ€™m so glad I bought this. Itโ€™s made it possible for me to enjoy my backyard again and honestly it feels like a whole new world out there now. Pretty good item. I was able to put it up myself, but would have liked some tricksies on the poles since I am too short and had to get a step ladder. I needed two people to fold it back up because as soon as you fold it over, you need someone to step on the other side, which you cannot do on the larger model. For folding it back I had to watch the video several times and it took me 3 tries but finally got it. After that easy to get into the bag. One note. There were holes in one of the screen panels. Not sure if defect or it just happened. Will repair with a screen repair kit though. It looks like getting holes in the screen might be pretty easy to do so be careful! Once it is up - it is a great little hillbilly screen room for my back porch! Super easy setup! Just be careful with the screen parts. Smaller model would probably be SUPER easy. This is the bomb. It's way better than I thought it would be! It sets up ridiculously easily and is surprisingly sturdy in the wind (staked down, of course). It's a large and fairly tall tent and it made the perfect roomy kitchen. The screen filtered out some of the wind and the ceiling kept us and our things dry during a bit of rain. At night we put our camp chairs etc in there and zipped it shut for the night and it was plenty large. Zero complaints! Except for my own brain trying to put it away at the end of our camping trip -- it took 3 of us to bend/fold it back down but we got it. ... show more

    • Great Tent to Enjoy the Outdoors at Home

I purchased this tent last year, and itโ€™s the perfect size. It comfortably fits a full-sized table along with outdoor furniture, while still leaving enough room to move around. And I love that I finally am able to enjoy being outdoors mosquito free! I also bought the tarp designed to go underneath the tent. However, since I set the tent up on my deck, I donโ€™t use the tarp underneathโ€”otherwise, rainwater would get tracked inside. Instead, I use an outdoor rug inside the tent, which works much better. The tarp has still been very useful. I use it to cover the furniture during the off-season (especially in the winter) or place it over the tent during rainy periods for extra protection. One thing I learned the hard wayโ€”and highly recommendโ€”is to pack up the tent before the first snowstorm. Itโ€™s very easy to take down; I simply folded it upright without returning it to the original packaging and stored it outside behind my grill. Snow can cause the tent to collapse, and thereโ€™s a high chance the rods will break. Overall, I love this tent. Itโ€™s been a great purchase, and Iโ€™ve learned a lot about how to properly maintain and manage it since I purchased it last summer. ... show more

This screen tent is an excellent sun shade and bug shield! We have used it several times camping at national parks. The vest up is easy but I will say the take down takes some practice. Very important to follow the directions which are very good. The last time we used it a bad storm came through with lots of rain and wind. It held up well. We did suffer a cracked ceiling pole which was minor and we could still use the screen tent the rest of the week. We reached out and requested a replacement pole which has been mailed to us and received. Recommend as the product is great and so is the customer service. ... show more
