    • We love this fire table
Fire table was easy to assemble but one of the end panels was 1 inch too narrow for the mounting holes on the underside of the table. We were able to assemble it enough to use it with the narrow panel while waiting for resolution. We contacted the manufacturer by phone. They answered right away and after we documented the issue with pictures, they shipped a replacement panel without any fuss. Great customer support. We like that the glass wind guard panels can remain in place with the burner cover installed. They look great so we leave them in place all the time but could remove them if we wanted use the entire table as a flat surface. It comes with 7 pounds of fire glass which looks good but doesn’t cover the burners. The manual says don’t use more than 9 pounds of fire glass for some reason. We prefer the flame to be more random coming up through the glass rather than the straight lines of the burners above the glass. We purchased 10 pounds of 1/2” mixed color fire glass on Amazon and changed out the fire glass putting just enough glass to cover the burners and arranging it so it isn’t piled on the sides. The media could not be loaded. The table looks very good, better than expected. The glass tabletop is definitely a beaut. The glass fire guard also looks cool, with lettering details, all seems quite nice. The only complain I have was the installation. It is honestly quite easy, once you figure out what you are doing. The four panels in the bottom actually have directionality, but it wasn't clearly marked (up vs down, left vs right, etc.) I had to dissemble a couple of steps later to make them into the right direction. Maybe a small update to the instruction manual? Other than that, everything is great. Once setup, it fits in our home nicely. We had people over and they loved it too. It was quite easy to clean, did not leave a mark on the glass top. We are looking forward to the winter time to utilize more on the firepit. ... show more

    • Absolutely a must have for the back yard
First, it is super easy to assemble, it only takes about half an hour if you know what you're doing. The table itself looked fantastic in our backyard, perfect for chilling in the backyard under the sky roof and having a drink or two. The quality of the table is perfect, the fire is good for toasting a marshmallow or something. The table is pretty large so its great for the entire family to hang around. This fire-pit came perfectly packaged and with care. The instructions were easy to follow and my husband and I had it put together less than 30 minutes. We’ve only had it for a week and have enjoyed it so far. You can adjust the flame very easily and it has its own starter!     • This item is weak and it sucks!
I have to return mine and try it again. It worked fine for the first week and then it malfunctioned. Not burning correctly on a full propane tank. The horror story is if you try and troubleshoot it, it is very uncomfortable to get underneath to check the parts once it's together. If you want to make it a comfortable situation to check underneath, you will have to take all the glass out flip it upside down and conduct maintenance. Who wants to go thru all that? The product should be able to be given proper maintenance and troubleshooting in place for the buyer. I'm going to try it one more time and if does not work, I'm returning the item for good! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This fire pit table is an attractive and useful addition to any outdoor living space. It arrived in two boxes - one containing the tempered glass fire guard and the other containing the table. Assembly was very easy since each piece is labeled carefully and the diagrams in the assembly manual are excellent. You do need a drill or screwdriver to assemble this and having a second person helping could be useful. I would highly recommend a power drill since getting some of the joints tight requires real torque. The tempered glass table top wipes clean really easily and does not show any streaks or spots after a few sessions of smores making and just chilling by the fire table. The table has a generous amount of space for glasses and small plates with the faux rattan edge sitting just a bit higher than the glass. Some areas where the table could be better are : 1. The design of the base and the fire guard. The base holds the gas tank and nothing else. There is no floor to it so you cannot store anything there - not even the fire guard or a fire extinguisher. The fire guard is not connected to the table and sites on small rubber legs. Hopefully these will stand the test of time and heat but time will tell. 2. Another thing is that, at this price point, I would have expected a cover for the table to be included. You can buy a cover from the company but it would have been nice to just have one included. 3. The inner frame for the fire pit section (see the pictures) has a welded joint halfway along the length. 4. The igniter stopped working after 2 uses so we are now using matches to light it until we can replace the igniter. We've used a cast iron wood-burning fire pit for a few years now and the clean up, the sparks and the heat on a wooden deck made it so that we haven't used it all year. With this fire table I can totally see us using the outdoors more regularly even when the weather gets a bit chilly in the coming months. I will be storing this table outdoors and covered for the winter and will update this review once it goes through a New England winter. ... show more

It says it comes with wind guard it doesn't. It also says that there will be a 2nd box that the wind guard will come in and never got. On the 1st box it says box 1 of2.
