Did not match description. Actual framing dimensions did not match the manual, and I cannot install this fireplace without moving a few studs. My fault for assuming the manual shipped with the product was correct. Also has a horribly tacky name badge on the front - I had ordered this model specifically because it was advertised as not having a badge. This is apparently not eligible for return - also my fault for assuming the “eligible for return” actually mean eligible for return.

Love the width of this fireplace makes the front of my family room appear sheik. I do however wonder why the remove is not more obvious to use. Confusing bottoms with pictures that don’t match it’s function. This fireplace insert is pretty quiet when turned on. Not sure why there are 3 vents along the top but only the middle ha hear output. I’ve only had it for a week so maybe it’s user error but that is strange and to me makes it less efficient.

We have a 30' travel trailer with an entertainment center. There was a cabinet under the TV that was about 8"deep. I removed the cabinet doors and middle brace piece, and this fireplace was installed in a matter of about 30 minutes including a new custom built shelf on top for added storage. We went camping recently and the evening temperature dropped into the 40s (F) but we remained comfortable. The different light options are great, I tend to go with the oranges and reds for a more traditional look. BONUS: it comes with multiple options for the interior-- sticks, clear crystals, and colored crystals. I am super happy with my purchase, I don't think there is a single downside to this fireplace.

I purchased the 60 inch and it is beautiful. I tried to purchase another one but it was out of stock. I ended up buying the 42 inch. It's a great product and easy to install.

We received this item and everything functioned properly except it does not give off heat, which is the whole reason we bought it. We have tried contacting the seller several times and have not received a response. This item is clearly defected, and we would appreciate a response or a remedy for the situation as we did not get what we paid for. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of this product. Do not purchase!!!!
