I was hesitant to spend this much money without sitting on it first. I am glad I did. The shipping time was fast, most arrived in 3 days with the remaining boxes on the 4th day. I emailed for tracking information on the additional items and got a response the same day with all 3 of the tracking numbers. I put together the first ones that came in without instructions and had no problems, the instructions were in the box that came the next day. I am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the sturdiness of the frame. I will be ordering an additional back pillow for my corner section but other than that it is fantastic and you can't beat the price. I love that I can re-arrange for my christmas tree but still have plenty of seating for everyone PLUS the storage room in the seats can't be beat. Wow! I absolutely LOVE this couch. It’s even better than I expected. It came in 11 boxes but mine was missing the armrests, so only got 10. Customer service was on it immediately, and my armrest soon followed. They also offered me a couple pilllows for the Inconvenience. My son in law assembled it for me and found it easy and kept ewwwing and awwwing about how he loved the design and structure of it. Very well made. I have been wanting a new couch for a while and had one in mind but couldn’t find it. Until this one popped up. I knew it looked like what I was looking for but always scary ordering sight unseen. And not being able to try it out. But not only is it well made and beautiful it’s super cozy! Dogs and I approve!! And are so excited to snuggle up for movie time. ... show more
