I truly can’t say enough good things about this sectional. We were searching for something that felt cozy but was still functional for everyday life, and with five kids and three cats, durability was at the top of our list. We’ve always stuck with gray couches because we’ve been hesitant to go lighter, knowing how hard our kids can be on furniture—but this one completely changed my mind. Even after just a few days, I can already tell it’s built to last. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. The covers zip on and off, and even the cushions inside can be washed, which is a game changer for a busy household like ours. Our cats have already tried to scratch it, and it held up beautifully—huge win. We also added an extra scratching post, which has helped redirect them, but it’s reassuring to know the fabric can handle real life. (I do highly recommend purchasing the plastic stick on protective coating if you have pets. We put it on all the corners of our furniture to help prevent potential damages. Just incase!) The couch itself is incredibly comfortable, with deep seating that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s also not too low to the ground, which was important for us—my mom has knee issues and even she mentioned how easy it was to sit down and stand back up. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Assembly took about 2–3 hours, but it was straightforward and nothing too complicated. Overall, this sectional is comfortable, beautiful, and absolutely worth the investment. I can already tell it’s going to be a perfect fit for our family for years to come. This is a great couch, easy to assemble and comfortable. The seats are on the firm side which I like, the back pillows are squishy and you just sink into them. I have 4 dogs and they've been all over it, no scratches.10/10!

I waited a couple of months to review. I couldn’t be happier with this sectional and the overall experience. The order arrived on time, and when one piece didn’t arrive with the rest of the shipment, customer service immediately tracked it down and kept me updated on its status. The sectional itself is beautiful, modern, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. The quality has exceeded my expectations. With kids in the house, it’s been put to the test—black paint, white paint, ink, and spills have all come off easily without damaging the fabric. It’s incredibly durable and easy to maintain. If anything ever happened to it, I would absolutely order the exact same sectional again. Assembly was also surprisingly easy. I did notice that a couple of cushions weren’t sewn completely and there were a few marks on some pieces when it arrived. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly. They quickly arranged replacements, which arrived fast and without any hassle. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service this good from any other company. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is that some of the back sections don’t line up perfectly. I’m planning to reach out to customer service to see if I may have connected something too loosely during assembly that caused the alignment to be just a smidge off. Overall, this sectional has been an excellent purchase. Between the quality, durability, appearance, ease of assembly, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend it. Purchased sectional for my family of five including three little ones. Chose this faux leather sectional because it’s allows for easy clean ups and doesn’t have the same wear and tear of a fabric sectional. Had is for about three months and realized one of the middle backrest leaned further back than the rest of the couch. Reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement middle rest! They were prompt, professional and courteous. Not to mention, I researched before purchasing and found this to be the best price for comparable sectionals. It is very spacious, provides great support and looks great in person. The only things I would point out are the height of the couch is a little lower than expected and using the (beige) couch to it’s full functionality, you will be wiping it down often. Very easy to out together, it took my boyfriend and I around an hour to put together. The layout is customizable! Which we didnt realize until it was delivered. Toiled for weeks on what modular sofa to purchase. Read 1000’s of reviews, watched dozens of videos, visited local stores and eventually decided to give this a try. We have a big couch dog, three cats, a mother in law and older children and want mix of comfort and durability in a modular design. I must say that so far we are very happy with this decision. The dog jumps up on the sofa (her nails need clipped) and not a mark. Impressive. This sofa is firm and we are hoping it loosens a bit but it is still comfy as a sofa. Very comfy to lay on. Light grey is sharp and noticeable but not overwhelming. The backs and armrests feel solid when attached. We haven’t secured the sections together yet in case we move it around and on carpet it stays in position well. The seat cushions have not slid off the bases and the back cushions have not moved either. All this, plus my wife is happy. Huge victory! ... show more

This couch is PHENOMENAL for the price! The faux leather is thick and realistic not like those thin super shiny ones it looks real. We got the L shaped with the ottoman and it’s HUGE. Comes in six boxes and directions for assembly are simple. Over all for the quality and price it’s a 10/10
