I was super hesitant to buy online from Amazon and spent hours looking at reviews and considering options. This couch is better than I anticipated. The seats are wide and firm but comfortable and the back pillows are fluffy and soft. The ottoman tops look like cushions but are slightly squishier feeling - so keep them separate and don’t accidentally put them on the couch because that will make for a “sloppy” seating experience. For reviews that say the pillows are flat, I’d bet a lot of money it’s because (a) they didn’t spend time fluffing them after taking out of the vacuum seal and/or (b) they fluffed them some then immediately used them. Listen, it’s an inconvenience to have to put together a couch and NOT fully use it for a day but c’mon. You expect a flat-as-a-pancake pillow to magically explode into a pile of luxurious fluff as soon as you pop the seal?? If it’s the difference between a full, comfy couch and a flat miserable one, what js the big deal? Anyway, the boxes come in different groups so the trick is to unpack them enough when they arrive to pull out any pillows and immediately let them loose and fluff them a lot. Then leave them alone for 24-48 hours!!! If you get pillows that come on the very day you need to put the couch together, still unpack them first and set them aside. Then, use alternate pillows or your old cushions even for 12 hours. Basically, don’t plan to get this couch on the day you’re hosting a party for the big game and need to immediately use it. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. We kept it flipped upside down to connect all the pieces and then two people stabilized it and flipped it over. HOWEVER, I’m a small 50 yo woman and I wanted to see if I could really change it up and put it back together, so I tried. It’s totally do-able, even with bad hands! Take your time, align the brackets and viola! It’s together! It’s way easier either with help, but possible alone. As for the fluffing technique- again, TIME is crucial but also, I discovered that you need to pull the pillow stuffing bag OUT OF the cover to fluff and then you can sorta shove your hand into the pillow corners to move the “fluff” around in the middle and separate it (this is done done without opening the stuffing bag. You just push your hand into the middle from the corner and try to grab chunks of compressed stuffing). That sounds like a PITA, but it literally a 20 second process. Don’t be lazy. You’re being asked to fluff a pillow, not build a house, it’s not that hard. Then leave them out of the pillow case for at least several hours. And try to plan not to use them for a day. Period. I fluffed one pillow on a Wednesday when it arrived and let it sit until Sunday and it’s huge. I fluffed another one on Saturday when it arrived at 4 pm and used it at noon Sunday… and it’s huge. Lol. So, we aren’t talking a week of just staring at your new couch! Have some patience. The fabric is awesome. We got the corduroy because it was a nice color and less money. I was afraid it would feel weird or look cheap. It doesn’t. It’s soft and has a brushed feel and it just looks like a nice, big, light gray couch! Actually, it looks a lot more high-end than the price. My family loves it. My cats love it. I love it. Have reasonable expectations, take your time, don’t fall into a user error scenario, and you will love this couch too!!! I included a photo of a fluffed pillow on its side next to the ottoman so you can see its size and a pic of the stuffing bag that goes into the pillow case. Those are things I wished I’d had when I was looking. Would’ve saved me some time and worry! lol ... show more

Love, Love, Love ❤️ I have a household size of 7 this couch now is bigger then my living room but everyone now has a seat. My kids range from 20 to 1 years old and I've always struggled finding a couch that fits us all. THIS WAS IT. It ships in two separate loads, so don't be alarmed. I got the 9 piece set and it was super easy to assemble. Its comfortable, soft and can definitely see myself taking a nap on this couch 🤣. Very stable, lower to the ground then I would of expected but that doesn't bother our family. Very supportive firm. I honestly NEVER thought I would buy my living room sofas from Amazon—but wow, I am SO glad I did! If you’re hesitant about ordering a couch online, don’t be—these Ease Moose sofas completely blew me away. The quality is amazing, and they were super easy to put together. They’re actually larger than I expected (in the best way), and the cushions are the perfect balance—sturdy and supportive but still soft and really comfortable. One of my favorite things is how versatile they are—you can really create just about any combination or setup you want with these couches. They’re that easy to move and arrange, which makes them perfect for changing things up whenever you feel like it. We absolutely LOVE them and couldn’t be happier with how they look and feel in our living room. On top of that, the customer service was incredible. They reached out right after I ordered with helpful instructions and even double-checked that I meant to order two sofas. I really appreciated that extra level of care in case there had been a mistake—and they were very responsive the whole time. Very nice sectional for the price. I don't expect much now a days because everything is built like crap but this is better than expected. If you are looking for soft cushions, this sectional is not for you. It is very comfortable in my opinion but the cushions are firm. I wanted something that would keep it's shape over time. I also have a dog which makes this perfect because you can wash all the cushion covers. The other reviews are pretty accurate. You must fluff the back cushions out of the box but there's no need to wait 24 hours. Overnight will do as it's basically the same 8 hours later as 24 hours. There were 2 conflicting reviews about the ottoman cushions being different than the sofa cushions. They were likely both right. I bought an extra ottoman and one cushion was definitely softer than the other. They probably used older or different material at some point in the manufacturing process. Anyway they both look the same and very pleased with the look. Looks more expensive than a $900 sectional and the deeper seating is great. The boxes came in 3 different shipments and the seller was great as they provide me the other tracking numbers quickly upon request. It was also very easy to put togther and seems very stable. I was very close to giving 5 stars but I really need to be blown away for that. Overall I recommend this to anyone who has animals, on a budget, and likes a firmer feel. ... show more

It's been a little over a month since I had the sofa! I highly recommend! I'm not sure why my wife got the white ones since we have dogs and kids lol. But she said it is easy to wash. You just take the cushion out and wash it. Easy to put back together. It is pretty firm. Even after a month, it seems like itll take more time for it to break in and leave them dents from where you usually sit or lay. We all fall asleep on this sofa too. I'm 5'8 and weigh about 220. I can sleep easily on this lol no problem! The install was easy, they came in separate boxes and were pretty light. The the back height is not too bad, the cushions are taller than the back rest of the sofa but it's not unbearable. We locked in some parts together, you have a little connection on the bottom to screw in to keep the sofa together if needed. We usually move the ottomans around to create small beds when needed. The Velcro works good to keep the cushions on. When you install it, all you have to do is slip it into the brackets they already have installed. Overall I recommend for the price point. The size is on point. We got the 8pc and it's perfect for a family of 6 to sit comfortably. I was scared to get it for my wife since it's Amazon but so far so good! Just finished putting it together but so far very pleased. Easy process and great quality. The back cushions are on the thinner side but will allow 24 hours just in case if not will supplement with some filler. Seating cushions are thick and firm with a little give. Definitely doesn't feel like it will go flat quick but feels like a more lasting couch for the price. Very oversized. In the photo my husband who is 6'1 is laying comfortably.
