I was super skeptical about ordering this couch, but after researching the company, I found that they had good reviews for their other products, so I took the chance and ordered it. Let me say that there are so many things I LOVE about this couch but there are also so many things that the seller did right! 1. I was concerned when I only received one tracking number, but I sent the seller a message and within an hour I had all 7 tracking numbers that corresponded with each package to make sure they were all on the same shipment, and they were! Kudos to the seller for the quick response and making sure everything shipped together! 2. The couch came in 7 boxes, just like the product shows. The pillows are "hidden" but if you read everything online and the instructions, you know exactly where to find them! 3. The couch is beautiful! It is exactly what we wanted and we have the ability to change it around if we ever want to. 4. The built in felt pads on the legs are AMAZING!
