WOW. WOW. WOW. This modular sectional is a home run. Yes, the versatility is optimal to have so many different configurations, but what I am most pleased with is how buttery soft the faux leather is. Surprised me, for an online purchase. That other big name modular sectional store for the same layout would have cost over $9,000 -- so glad I took a chance on this. The gray color is exactly as pictured. Seating is comfortable, and still looks clean and neat - and again, so so soft and smooth. The one kinda con is that the back cushions have velcro to stay in place, and while I appreciate that they stay in place, I wish the velcro was a little bit higher so that the cushions could slouch a bit instead of staying so upright. I've only had it a few days so maybe they will break in a bit. Nothing I can't live with - especially for such a great price. I ordered late one night and it was delivered in 2 days. I never really write a review but had to for this. Highly recommend this.

I am very pleased with this couch. I got the 12 seat sleeper. 8 seats, 4 ottomans, and 2 armrests. Fabulous on functionality and all the ways you can arrange it. Extremely versatile. Assembly was very easy and pretty quick. Love the material. Someone else commented it was buttery soft. I can totally agree. However it is cold when you first sit down. It does warm up quickly though. It is also pretty firm but I find it to be extremely comfortable. It does not slide easily. There are pads on the legs that keep it in place very good. The storage is also amazing. I find the back support is lacking because of the way that the backrests cushions are, however I am used to sitting in a recliner. I got some big pillows that help with support. Not a huge fan of the arm rests. The armrest are kind of weird without seat cushions, they look odd but that’s where I put the big pillows. I do love how I can arrange it anyway I want depending on who’s here. Biggest bonus is my husband and I can actually lay together to watch a movie now. My grandsons absolutely love it and want to have a sleepover on it. There is so much room. I do absolutely love it!

Great look nice furniture good price and love how customizable it is to any design layout. Constructive feedback back too maker. Increase back mount support strength! Remove velcro on backs and deliver on pillow per back with orders. With the layout we chose the end pieces didnt have pillows. So we have to buy an additional set to add to or living room Give end pieces two sets of Mounting holes for more customization.

Very hesitant on buying this, but I’m SO GLAD I DID. We LOVE IT. I was worried I wouldn’t get it in time for thanksgiving, I reached out to the company. They quickly responded and handled everything instead of receiving on the 26th, I ordered on Thursday night and it was here on Sunday. It’s very easy to assemble. So comfy and nice looking in my farm style home it adds a touch of modern to it all. Four children and two dogs, with my toddler already introducing her chocolate covered hands which it wiped clean with no left over residue!! Buy it!!

We picked this couch because of its modular style and adaptability, and the storage is fantastic. We can move parts around for guests and even make an extra sleeping spot. It is comfortable, but it does lend itself to the larger surface configurations for a truly great lounging experience while movie watching & dog snuggling. I'm actually ordering 3 more ottomans for that reason, and it will be absolutely perfect. I'm glad there's options for ordering extra pieces under "accessories" on the store page - thanks for that, too. The size is good of course, because we can pick what we wanted - and if it's not quite right in your space you're able to order more pieces to make it exactly just perfect. Good value for the money I'd say, and the design's cleverness makes it worth the price even more so. Also, I was worried about having our two 90lbs boxers all over it, but it seems not to have fazed it in the slightest - no scratching etc. and easy to wipe off if needed. It seems very durable, but the faux leather is still super soft and nice to touch. And assembly was super easy, no worries.

Love our new sectional, it looks great in our family room. The seats aren't so deep that you can't get back out of it, and cushions have a good firmness to them but aren't hard. They come with easy to use clips to attach them together so you can rearrage them but yet they don't shift around once connected. One of the sectionals came damaged in shipping. I emailed support about it Sunday night, they responded and shipped out a replacement monday, and I received it Friday without charge. Excellent customer service!

Best decision I’ve made in a while! I had ordered furniture at a big box store for double the price but decided to cancel that order and try this company. I was so scared to buy this online but it turned out great! Packaged well, easy to assemble, so much fun to configure and most importantly…comfortable! I’ve only had them a few weeks so the test will be how well they hold up over time but I really hope they do because I absolutely LOVE them!!
