I waited a while before reviewing as I wanted to make it knowledgeable in facts. I have to say, this is a great quality item. It came fast, well within the shipping window, with all of the boxes delivered at the same time. Each piece assembled easy and the pleather is thick, durable, soft, and beautiful. I have a short term rental and I placed this in the game room in a locked U sectional formation. This was easy using the provided hardware. The only problem I have is that people eat on the sofa and crumbs want to make their way in between the locked sections. To eliminate this I bought a nice and wide 6" roll of black tape to match the pleather and covered the cracks between the pieces. It looks just fine and does the trick. Another issue is the corners of the couch when making a sectional. There is no attachment to the top. It is all on the bottom so the back pieces come apart at the corners as others have commented. If it bothered me enough I would try to fix it but not so much for now. Overall, this is a beautiful couch that sits comfortably. I love the extra storage below each seat that I place out of season pillows, blankets, etc. It was a very wise purchase and I'm truly happy with it. Cleaning is a simple as taking a moist cloth and wiping down. I do use a leather/vinyl cleaner every once in a while as well. ... show more

Lovely Modular sofa!!! So loving it so far. For the price compared to other big names it’s a win! I do wonder about durability but it soft faux leather and you wipe clean with damp cloth instead of having to remove covers and wash like other brands which was also a plus for our family. The different combinations and configurations is awesome. The leather is comfortable and backrests are too. Pillows seemed little off but once you get it all together it looks great. Be prepared as it comes in a lot of boxes and you may not get all pieces at once. I was fortunate and I got all boxes on same day two different deliveries. I ended up added more pieces to extend out a little more and cap off each end for now. It took a few hours for me and hubby to unbox and assemble. It came with Allen tools to use. Once put together and pieces locked it is pretty solid and does not move. Height is average. May seem low to a very tall person but it works fine for us. I’m 5’3 and my hubby is 5’9. All in all so far so good ... show more

I ordered this modular coach due to i remodeled my basement and wanted furniture for a family room. I was not able to get a traditional coach or loveseat in the basement due to i wasn't able to get it through the door with the the cornered immediately turns into the space, so I decided to go with a modular coach and I am soglad i did. I was really nervous about purchasing online, but looked at the reviews and decided to take a chance. I received 12 boxes in total and the delivery of the coaches was way faster then expected it came in like 5 days. It came in 2 separate shipment. The 1st 7 boxes came and the 2 days later the other 5 boxes came. I am a woman in my 50's and was able to get each box in the house and down to the basement alone. The instructions were easy to follow, but it is important to make sure to read them and follow them. Each box contains 1 seat or ottoman with everything needed to put that seat or ottoman together. All the parts were there, it was packed really well I had not scratches or broken parts. The coach was easy to put together. This coach is great quality, super comfortable and I think looks beautiful. I would high recommend it. ... show more

We love this couch very made and lovely color. we have a Rottweiler climbs up and down it all day and has not bothered this couch. there was a problem with getting some of pieces from the shipper but they gave me a credit for my troubles. my only complaint about the couch is the pillows I think the Velcro strip is too low if they moved it more to the top it would be better. I did buy Velcro tape and put across the back near top and that seems to help a lot. ... show more

I just received nine packages yesterday for this sofa that we purchased. Initially, I’m not gonna lie. It’s a little overwhelming. We got all the items out of the packages and went on YouTube and found some videos to watch on how to put the modular sofa together. Once we got the first piece, they were all the same and it was really pretty easy. I took my husband and I about 2 1/2 hours to put it together. The couch looks lovely in my living room, and I love that I could arrange it to work for my space. I can’t speak to how it will hold up overtime but so far I really love this sofa and for their price it’s a great buy. The seats are a little firmer, which I actually like, but if you’re looking for a really cushy sofa, this is not the one for you. I’ve ordered some throw pillows to add to it, which I think will make it look even better, but I definitely at this point recommend the sofa. ... show more
