I truly can’t say enough good things about this sectional. We were searching for something that felt cozy but was still functional for everyday life, and with five kids and three cats, durability was at the top of our list. We’ve always stuck with gray couches because we’ve been hesitant to go lighter, knowing how hard our kids can be on furniture—but this one completely changed my mind. Even after just a few days, I can already tell it’s built to last. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. The covers zip on and off, and even the cushions inside can be washed, which is a game changer for a busy household like ours. Our cats have already tried to scratch it, and it held up beautifully—huge win. We also added an extra scratching post, which has helped redirect them, but it’s reassuring to know the fabric can handle real life. (I do highly recommend purchasing the plastic stick on protective coating if you have pets. We put it on all the corners of our furniture to help prevent potential damages. Just incase!) The couch itself is incredibly comfortable, with deep seating that’s perfect for relaxing. It’s also not too low to the ground, which was important for us—my mom has knee issues and even she mentioned how easy it was to sit down and stand back up. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Assembly took about 2–3 hours, but it was straightforward and nothing too complicated. Overall, this sectional is comfortable, beautiful, and absolutely worth the investment. I can already tell it’s going to be a perfect fit for our family for years to come. We have had an immense amount of compliments on it already and a few of our friends have also said they’ll be ordering one, as well!

This is a great couch, easy to assemble and comfortable. The seats are on the firm side which I like, the back pillows are squishy and you just sink into them. I have 4 dogs and they've been all over it, no scratches.10/10!

Great customer service! I received the couch 5/13 and had to send 1 damaged box back to seller same day. I reached out regarding the issue with photos. Less than 24hrs they responded and had shipped replacement, which I received 5/16. I was very impressed with the fast delivery and correspondence. The couch is comfortable and I love the color. Super easy to put together, we actually did not find instructions till the end of assembling everything (they were in the arm rests with the pillows) pretty light weight and easy to move. Make sure to measure the area you are using the couch, measurements are accurate.

Great sectional for the price. It fits our very tight spaced living room perfectly. Firm seats and very comfortable. Delivered within a week of ordering and relatively easy to put together. We ended up going with beige, but would have gone with the brown if it wasn't so orange.

I waited a couple of months to review. I couldn’t be happier with this sectional and the overall experience. The order arrived on time, and when one piece didn’t arrive with the rest of the shipment, customer service immediately tracked it down and kept me updated on its status. The sectional itself is beautiful, modern, and looks much more expensive than it actually is. The quality has exceeded my expectations. With kids in the house, it’s been put to the test—black paint, white paint, ink, and spills have all come off easily without damaging the fabric. It’s incredibly durable and easy to maintain. If anything ever happened to it, I would absolutely order the exact same sectional again. Assembly was also surprisingly easy. I did notice that a couple of cushions weren’t sewn completely and there were a few marks on some pieces when it arrived. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly. They quickly arranged replacements, which arrived fast and without any hassle. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service this good from any other company. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is that some of the back sections don’t line up perfectly. I’m planning to reach out to customer service to see if I may have connected something too loosely during assembly that caused the alignment to be just a smidge off. Overall, this sectional has been an excellent purchase. Between the quality, durability, appearance, ease of assembly, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend it. I’ll upload pictures soon if it will allow me to update my review.
