I simply opened it up, stood it up with my friend and the rest is an orthopedic dream. Best investment I have made. Debated a long time and glad I went with this one! Truly the Cadillac of tables, strong, sturdy, no squeaks. The only way to improve this super wide cushy wonder would be to make the fabric a pinch tighter. I exercise on this table daily to limber up after 2 hip replacements and now preparing for a knee replacement. In the process I lost 15 lbs. I love this table!

My table is awesome but came with the clasps that hold the table together broken. I have tried 4 times to contact the company, but NEVER get back a response . I don't want to go through the hassle of sending this table back and having them pay shipping on this again for 2 little clasps, but if I don't get some help soon I'll have to do that. So long story short the table is great, but customer service is terrible.

This was a purchase I debated for well over a month...maybe two. Why? COSTS. This ain't a cheap table. I came to Amazon to find a massage table I could use for exercise. The first ones that caught my eye were in the $109-119 range. The build was OK but...several reviewers complained of the squeaking. And it was that complaint that eventually led to my looking for another option. At that time, I was weighing those tables against a $284 one. $284 for an exercise table? Zoiks...I just couldn't see it. So I went over to the manufacturer's site of two in play. One looked like a new entry into the market. The other had been making tables for decades. Hummm… The more I looked at those tables, the more I convinced myself that the $284 table was the way to go. However, Amazon will COMPARE tables from that manufacturer when you've pretty much committed to the purchase. That is when I saw a couple others, noted a weight differential, and that the foam padding was dual layered, yet another was triple layered. A couple more trips to the manufacturer's site led to the purchase that was several hundred dollars higher than the $284 table...and bigger. OK...I get this home. Only the 32 inch was in stock, so it is a serious platform. I open it and I lay upon it. Hummm...nice. I start to do a minimal exercise routine. Yeah baby...nice. I stretch out and...I fall asleep. When I awakened, I again thought about how solid this table was. And, IF I were to use it for massage, I loved the face pillow. So...although I was WAY over my projected price point, I am happy with this table. I was also blown away by the people who have had them for 10, 15 and 20 years, with the table still going strong. Clearly this would be a good investment and probably not need replacing in the next decade or two.

I got this table a few months ago to replace a 15 year old Avalon. My first observation was that it is considerably bulkier than the Avalon-understandably so as it has a thicker layer of foam-but it makes it a lot more awkward to carry and doorways especially are trickier to maneuver it through, especially with the added weight of the extra foam. Not necessarily a deal breaker but something to consider if you have back problems or anything like that. The two things I absolutely hate about the package are the carrying case and the face cradle. First off, what were they thinking making a bag that doesn't unzip all the way to the floor? The zipper stops about 6 inches above the ground so the table has to be lifted out and lowered into the case (oh and it's a tight fit so you have to line it up almost perfectly to get it to close). It makes it a little harder to take out but MUCH harder to put in-the easiest way I've found is to get one corner of the table positioned in the bag first and then lift/support the other corner with one hand while adjusting the placement of the case with the other (not a fun task considering I recently had wrist surgery but the table doesn't pack itself)- I suppose you could turn the table upside down and pull the case over it but it just doesn't make any sense when you consider it's a portable table and you should be able to unload/load it without a hassle while your clients are waiting for you. The other thing is the face cradle. Well, not exactly the cradle itself but the velcro that holds the cushion to the frame. What a ridiculous design, two narrow strips of velcro on the frame where the adhesive holding it to the frame isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the cushion. I don't know how many times the cushion fell onto the floor during a session because the adhesive gave out on the velcro. I finally had to get some industrial strength velcro and glue to fix it-of course the velcro that came sewn onto the cushion didn't match the new velcro on the frame and wouldn't stick. I glued the new velcro on over the existing squares but in hindsight it would have been a better idea to remove them first. Other than that all my clients love the new table and are happy that I picked this one. I'm confident that it will last a long time and I'm sure I can find a better carrying case.

I am a massage therapist and have been using this table. I do some travel massage and find it a little heavy/awkward for me in the carying case because I am on the short end. I am going to sew some additional straps on the case so that I can cary it like a backpack. The table itself is awesome and I have gotten nothing but compliments on its comfort. It is nice and sturdy yet easy to set up and adjust.
