We need a strong bed for my wifes medical work as well as to use it for home use. This is a great bed as its very strong and comfortable yet is failty easy to move and take to a clients home. We have had it for several months its getting a lot of use and is holding up well.

UPDATE: Table cracked through completely in the middle of a session with a client when they were turning over. Client was well within the weight limit for this table. It’s been just over a year and I have to trash the table. Does not hold up under heavy use. I see 5-8 clients a day 4-6 days a week. Dropping to 1 star because it’s not longer usable at all. I really wanted to love this table. My last table lasted me about 15 years, and as far as the frame and board go, it’s still solid as a rock. But the padding had worn down and the face rest had seen better days. I’ve had this Earthlite table for only a year and it’s already so squeaky. The boards that are padded to create the bed are barely thicker than veneer and have cracked on both ends. This no longer feel stable to support the weight of my clients. One end cracked just by have a client roll over. With a 750 working weight, you would expect a much sturdier build. It feels like a waste of money as a busy therapist who sees 5-8 clients a day. I now need a new table already. I have two stars because the vinyl feels very soft and the padding is nice. I’ll be going back to the Oakworks brand to see if it’s still as good as it was 15 years ago. Because I’m not sure if it’s a brand issue, a one off quality control issue, or that I have reached the age where I get to say things like “back in my day things were made to last”. ... show more

I took a few months to narrow down which massage table to purchase and ended up going with the Earthlite Luna Portable. And I'm glad that I did! This massage table is really stable and cushy, light enough for my petite 5'3" frame to set up and tear down, strong enough for my 260 lb spouse to easily feel supported on, and with no squeaks! This thing is awesome! I wish the support of the head cradle was made of metal where it inserts into the table, but so far no issues with it functioning as needed with it being plastic.
