I bought this bolster to use with a massage table while the client is lying on their back. It fits perfectly under their knees. I like that it has a handle on it, so you can grab it easily and remove it easily from under the client. It seems very well constructed. It is made from a vinyl like material, which is nice because you can easily wipe it clean between clients. I see some negative ratings from other users and I'd like to point out that I believe the purpose of this bolster is for under the knees. It is not meant to be a cuddly body pillow.
