This arrived very quickly and was super satisfying coming out of its packaging. We laid on it right away and are so pleased with the comfort level! For 1 side sleeper and 1 back sleeper, this mattress sleeps comfortably for both of us. I am so pleased to have gotten this.

    • One of the worst purchases I've ever made....

This mattress met all of the requirements on paper that I was looking for. Good price ($700 when I bought it), fast delivery, good for side sleepers, etc. The mattress we received looked cool enough at first, but the springs were very apparent. As some other 1 star reviewers have mentioned, this thing is pretty terrible. At 30 days of use, my wife and I were getting crappy sleep on it. I had spent $700 on it, so I wanted to give it a solid chance. Figured it would prob take 60-90 days for us to acclimate to it, so we powered through. No such luck. It is now over 7 months later, and we just had to buy a different mattress. The springs stick out from the sides (you can feel them under the 'padding' at pretty much all times). The 'foam' is so thin that at times you can even feel the springs underneath. There is absolutely no movement isolation. Your bed partner getting in or out of bed feels like a half deflated air mattress. Shifting, moving, just in general, yuck. I wish I could go back in time and get my money back. I did a lot of research before buying this mattress because I wanted to make sure we were getting a good deal. We have had this mattress for about three months now and I absolutely love it. I am generally a side sleeper and it is soft enough for me to comfortably sleep on my side without support, which I haven't been able to do on my past mattress. In fact, over time it has gotten even more comfortable. My husband was really excited about the "cooling" aspect of this mattress, but honestly, it doesn't feel any cooler than a normal mattress to me. In addition, a lot of people wrote reviews about how quiet this mattress is, you can't feel your partner moving. I don't think this is completely true. I do hear my husband get up in the morning although I think this is partially due to the bedbug cover we use, so maybe it would be quieter without that. Despite these couple things I am still really happy with the mattress and think it was definitely worth what we paid for it. I generally prefer my mattress to be as soft as possible and we were originally shopping for a plush, pillow-top spring mattress. I was a little nervous about getting anything with memory-foam because I have slept on a foam mattress before and hated it. I am really happy we went with this mattress though and think it is the perfect mattress for anyone shopping in this price range. I liked the easy delivery and setup of this mattress. I let it expand and air out for a couple days before putting it on the bed. It is soft but still supportive. Not bouncy, which I like. I like memory foam mattresses, but I think this one will appeal to people that are more used to spring mattresses, too, so it'll probably good to let guests sleep on that might not be used to a 100% memory foam mattress. This is definitely one of the best mattresses I've bought in this price range, so I'll definitely get it again in other rooms in the future. ... show more

    • good mattress, not so good information

a lack of consideration for customers receiving this product. I got no informational paperwork, no set advice, This caused me a tremendous hardship, I'm 73 YO & live alone. The mattress that was on the bed was a 12 in. queen & I had it moved to a spare room beyond my living room in a matter of minutes. Would saved me so much hard labor & grief if I had been told to place my new vacume sealed mattress as close to the bedroom as possible & actually on the bed would the best advice. Still sealed of course, but with extra plastic removed. But NO, I released the vacume in the Livingroom. Then I was in for a big surprise, the mattress weighted about 3 times of the old one & was like trying to move a waterbed with the water still in it. So for a 1/2 hour or so I fought & strained into the room & on the bed, I can only describe it as a nightmare. A little advice from the manufacture or distributor would have gone a long way to making a happy customer. Also now I have lump in the middle that I can't get out. THANKS EARLY BIRD/ if only they had told me not to release vacume until I had close or even on the bed, that would have been best !!!!!! ... show more

I read the reviews and should have paid attention to the 6% or so that were negative. This mattress is nothing like what is described - either I got a bad one or the reviews are not real. The mattress wobbles and moves whenever either person on the bed move - to the point of not getting proper sleep. You feel every single movement. I wonder if there is really any memory foam! The Spring coils can be easily felt at the sides of the bed from a gentle slide of your hand along it. There is not proper covering of the coils around the sides - and no support on the sides. The mattress sinks and wobble when you get off. It feels soft on top, but no support - just too much movement. My back and shoulders ache even more. So so disappointed. Dont know what I can do now with this $599 mattress- I definitely can't sleep on it. So I am back to my 6 year old mattress until I can find another. I would NOT recommend this mattress for any type sleeper. ... show more
