I bought a refurbished 2016 macbook air a couple years ago, and it was excellent. It's still running excellent. This one glitched from setup and kept on freezing. 100% worth it for the price. I will say I do ALOT with this laptop. I am a college student and I play the sims and own a lot of packs and mods which require a high functioning laptop. It’s fast and up to date only minor issues that aren’t really important to me. It does get hot and the fans get loud but I experienced that with my old MacBook brand new from Apple. The media could not be loaded. This laptop was defective. The key board was not working properly for many keys, not allowing proper use. One hint afterwards of the problem was when I realized that the keyboard didn’t not light up evenly. A fact that I found out only after using it. Bought this for college, and while it works fine it gets extremely warm as soon as I open it. However this rating is based on the packaging alone. It came in a cardboard box alone with one small square of bubble wrap that would not stop any damage to the computer. this is an amazing laptop for a good price at first I ordered the gold one but I am ok with the space gray for the same price and I love it I went from a 2008 laptop to this laptop. its a complite different but I like how this laptop is a lot lighter then my other laptop was and will be using this laptop for photo editing and work stuff since I am a daycare teacher at a daycare so there are lots of times I need to get on the Internet and look at different kind of ideas I have to do as a teacher. I also like taking it to church sometimes because we have bible study and I love to use it during bible study.
