The phon4e did have warranty but neither Verizon, trac phone or Motorola wanted to deal with it. Since it's RENEWED/REFURBISHED the eSim will NOT work & ATT said even with a sim card the phone will NOT operate properly so they refused to transfer my # since it would still render the phone unuseable & I have to pay to return it.
