    • Arrived quickly, as described, and ready to go.
Phone arrived quickly, was packaged well and sent via FedEx. Was as described in the excellent condition. Had no issues getting it activated on my Visible account with an esim. Transferred apps, contacts, photos, call logs, messages, etc. without issue from old phone. I've been using Samsung Galaxy phones for a long time but I wanted a Razr so bad because folding it up and putting it in a pocket easily was very appealing to me. The camera quality is far less impressive than what I had, but I don't mind at all because this one still takes excellent photos and videos. The battery life is very decent so far and I've been using it a lot customizing everything and haven't noticed fast drops or anything concerning. Smooth transition and there's some pretty nice features that are new to me.Thought it was going to be awkward with the fingerprint sensor being on the unlock button, but it's actually preferable over having it on the screen. So far I'm very happy with this phone and seller. ... show more

    • Arrived Broken
Review Image by Moth
I ordered the excellent quality Motorola Razr 2025. I opened it and turned the phone on to find that there was a glitching line going through the middle of the screen, and on top of that, the main screen doesnt even work. It doesnt receive touch input. Im really upset as I desperately need a new phone and I don't have money to get another new one now. ... show more

    • Amazon Renewed is a Good Deal
Color: PANTONE Gibraltar Sea
Arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent shape. Except for the lack of original packaging, this phone appears new. Transfer of data from old Motorola phone to this new Razr (2025) was almost seamless. Phone works as advertised and is, to this user, well worth the price. I will not hesitate to buy Amazon Renewed for future needs. ... show more

    • Not good in heat
Color: PANTONE Gibraltar Sea
I had the problem where it didn't want to connect anywhere else and I even contacted the store it was locked to and they said they can't do anything. And I did contact the seller and they did say I could return it even with the slight damage and I'd get a full refund but I never got to return it how I ended up breaking it when it dropped not even 3ft onto the grass and a small speck showed on the screen which cooked the whole big screen completely. And I also want to point out this phone is not good at all when you do anything outside how the screen when it got too hot even with it in my pocket I could hear and feel the screen pushing back in place and with slight pop sounds when I use the screen. And a friend of mine his whole screen peeled off after half a day outside and all he did was open it and it was broken and it was like 90-100 out so average for Kentucky summers. I think maybe if you don't do anything outside then this phone is good and also you can't even put a screen protector on it or it voids your replacement even if you buy it from a big store how that was a paper I got within the phone box and you can't peal the *screen protector* that's on it which is just a sheet of plastic ... show more

    • It is not unlocked
Color: PANTONE Spring Bud
The phone itself is great it's exactly what I expected where the problem comes in as the description says unlocked and it is not. I'm going through a bunch of stuff to try and unlock it at the moment but if you're not buying this with Verizon track phone or AT&t it will not work without going through the long process of unlocking it. ... show more

I've had the cell phone for a few weeks now and so far, so good... The setup was easy, fast charging & good battery life. I don't use a phone protector but the durability is good. The screen quality & screen durability are good also and you can have another app playing in the background while on a phone call. Taking photos are nice, it has an AI feature.
