At first I was unhappy then I got my second box and I was happy. I could not wait any longer to open the box and pull it out, I was beautiful, then I found all the other parts. What a surprise when I thought I had more memory in my old computer compared to this one. Now I have to just get used to it being a bigger screen, and yes learning all the goodies, but most of all is transferring from old to new.     • Had restore this to work.. spent hours on phone with apple
Update after one day having Apple restore this computer. It’ would not open anything. Would not let me back anything up. So I had to return this. This was a total disaster. Ended ordering a new Mac mini 4. This has been the worst computer to set up ever....Mouse is 20 years old.. last wired apple mouse is 20 years ago.... computer does not even recongnize. it... biting a new one since I need a wireless mouse..keyboard is fine , but who knows how old this it..... I not even sure 3 star is far as all the issues I have had.. have it running afte hours with apple getting it back up and running.... I am not new to apple at all. I have an apple Mac air and should been an easy set up... not at all... it been a nightmare.. ... show more

I was so impressed to start with how it was packed! I have never received anything that well-packed, even from Apple or Amazon. The iMac is in great condition, if I did not know it was used I would have thought it was new. I have been using it and it has had no problems. What a great buy!!!!

    • Very happy with this purchase.
The packing was not the best, but nevertheless everything arrived in working condition. I was able to upgrade the HDD to a SSD which improved the performance 100%. Cosmetically the computer looks brand new, great buy for the price.

Got a 2019 21" iMac in excellent shape. Didn't see cosmetic flaws. Started up promptly with included mouse and keyboard. Updating the OS currently. Love it so far!
