**UPDATED** I still have not received my refund for my original order and they would not do an exchange so I had to repurchase and return the first one for a refund. (still waiting) The refund comes through amazon (I think). I have called and called customer service with no luck on my refund, which sucks because then i'm out about $38. its a nightmare... HOWEVER, Originally I ordered an XL (I did not compare to size chart for first order), I returned the XL and reordered in size medium (based on the size chart) The measurements on the product description are accurate, so highly recommend to measure yourself because if you go based on your size it will be too big. I usually were a size Large, so I sized up just for it to be a bit bigger, but it was HUGE. My measurements are: Bust: 41 Waist: 36 Hips: 42 and my weight is 177.2 I hope this helps for your size option. :) But aside from amazon customer service this product is high quality and tbh the best clothing product I have ordered from Amazon. I am going to buy a second one in the brown/black color mixed zip up. I love it! soft & comfortable. With the size medium, I still have a lot of room. A small could fit me too. However, I returned the item to UPS on 1/13/2023 myself and gave the item to UPS and they scanned the QR code that was provided to me via amazon. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with amazon and got absolutely NOWHERE! I filed a claim via UPS. I ALSO, told Amazon that I have the receipt from UPS that I received when I returned the product. I will update once this issue gets resolved or I get an update. Customer service has been an absolute NIGHTMARE!

I like this so much I bought 2. I got the light brown cow print (the background is cream not white) and the dark brown cow print (background is true white) I was iffy on sizing so to hopefully help someone out - bust: 42 waist: 32 hips: 42. I'm 5'3 and around 170 with a more muscular/swimmers build with broad shoulders. I got a large and it fits great. Slightly fitted look but still a few inches of wiggle room everywhere. Hip area is a little more baggy than the rest but it's great for sitting down and not feeling smushed 😅 feels like wearing a blanket without making me sweat. Super soft, medium fluff (love that part because it's not obvious or the typical extra 10lb look. Sleeves fit great - I've got long arms for being short, and decent sized biceps.

If you're hesitant about this purchase trust me and buy it! My daughter has been asking for a cow print jacket. She perverts black and white, which was harder to find. She is also large chested and wears a 2X, so it's tricky to find a good fit! Lastly, we're not big fans of sherpa fabric We prefer minky soft fabrics. This fits true to size, has LOADS of stretch, is a wonderful medium thickness, and is not the sticky balled up sherpa, but a faux fur sherpa blend!!! It's actually soft and she's going to love it when she opens her gift!!! I've been looking everywhere. This is THE ONE. I bought a 2X and she normally wears a 18/20 2X.

It’s well made. Lovely looking. Soft. But the material doesn’t breath. I cut it down the middle so I can open it quickly and close quickly. . It’s great for warmth, but in a short time, you can start sweating because you body heat is being reflected back. Please understand. It’s good to keep your body heat in with cold outside, but that’s all you need. This material literally take you body heat and amplifies it back. Maybe I would have liked it tromping thru the snow, but your basic 32 degrees doesn’t need a heater against my skin.

This is super cute & soft. I was lucky enough to buy it on sale. The fabric is thin but it seems warm on cooler days. Time will only tell on the lower than 30 degree days. Pockets are a great feature but placed differently than my other 3/4 zips. Washed on cold by itself and air dried. It held up well but doesn’t feel as full and plush as it did before prewash. I don’t like the zipper. It gets stuck & seems like it’s lower quality. 5 stars because it’s super cute. Quality of the fabric, zipper, pocket placement would be a 2. Overall 3 because of how the fabric is after washing.
