This is a powerful e-bike with a powerful hill climbing power. It made of very sturdy metal and feels more like a motorcycle than a bike. It does take time to get used to the bike with all it's settings, but it will perform well for you. I hooked up turn signals and a regular car horn on my bike ass well as additional front and rear light that run off a separate battery. The front basket and rear saddle bags make it great foe going to th store to get some groceries or to the restaurants to pick up food.

there is no tech support with this bike when they reply back to you via email. It comes in Chinese. There are no phone numbers to talk to anyone. They do not have shops that will work on them. I don’t believe because they have not outlined any for us. The bicycle does not go as fast as they advertise. It does not come with instructions for the electronics. Very disappointed.

Product was a little late and there were a few problems, but Iris in customer service worked with me to resolve everything. I added Antroid Auto, soft seat and rack luggage to the bike all available on Amazon. Over all the bike seam sturdy and well designed. What made this a change from a OK products with a few issues to a great product was Iris in Customer Support. I would rate this as 4.5 Stars but Amazon doesn't allow the .5

This bike is everything it says it does. Super awesome looking and easy to assemble. The power of this thing is incredible. Went up a hill in the neighborhood that I otherwise would always avoid cause it was killer hard to do. This went up like nothing. It carried me up the whole way. If your wife is convincing you not to buy it, don’t listen. This is easily the best e-bike for the price.

love the e bike. It does everything they claimed it would and more! It's very comfortable to ride with the wide saddle and it came with a USB charging port! I got 110 miles on my very first charge! Very impressive! I ride off road a lot and it handles the bumps and rough terrain very well. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to everybody! Just came in today, assembly wasn't too challenging but will require some patience! The bike feels like a tank especially when using both motors. Using both motors uphill is a breeze but if you want to be able to get the most distance one motor is fine and the bike is still fast. Battery life depends on how much you use dual motor as well. All around I'm satisfied with the purchase and really enjoying it!
