The media could not be loaded. UPDATE. Stopped working consistently and left me stranded with 3/4 of a charge on the battery, so imagine the fun it was to walk it back 12 miles. Keep in my pet my original review I’ve already had to fix this thing, but I decided to give it a chance. Turn signals also malfunctioning. After a few months, WHAT THE HELL. I expected to have this bike trouble free for a few years. I contacted the seller, they tell me they can help me fix it by telling me how to replace parts, they tell me their bike is ‘certified by American DMV’ and they ‘never sale faulty product to customer’. I DONT WANT TO FIX IT I WANT TO RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. Buyer beware, don’t spend 3 grand just to get ripped off and have the seller tell you to take time out of your life to tear a brand new electric bike apart and fix it yourself that you bought to commute to WORK. If you want me to update my review back to 5 star, GIVE ME MY REFUND AND TAKE BACK YOUR DEFECTIVE BIKE. I would rather put that money back into my savings and ride my $80 bicycle everywhere. The scooter itself was shipped super fast. It arrived with a few minor issues from shipping, like cracked rear fender and a couple holes in the box, but otherwise intact. Seller immediately shipped out a replacement fender. Then gauge cluster went out the second day, and seller immediately shipped out a replacement/updated version. Scooter hauls a**. Charges fast too. And the range is impressive. Sequential turn signals, premium saddle, billet aluminum anodized brake handles, powder coated tube frame, you can’t go wrong for the price it’s a beast. I weigh 200lbs and it still tops out at about 35-37. The alarm feature on the bike is a plus, and front fork locks for theft deterrent. 10/10 from me dawg. ... show more

I'm a owner of 3 e-bike prior. But this one as by far the best. Great packaging. The bike came assembled in the box all I had to do is out the handle bars on . charged it and took it for a ride. Smooth ride great acceleration, thank you very much well worth the money

Found out I will need a helmet with this after taking it out for the first time. Faster than I expected. Very pleased. Wish I could figure out how to change it from kph to mph though. Update: They sent out a new display that will display MPH.
