I love this chandelier. We put it in the hallway of our back entrance, and it could not be more perfect. The squared off crystals are more difficult to install because they use a keyring-type wire circle to attach the strand to the light fixture. I broke a couple of fingernails doing this! The long crystals are very easy to install because they use a different hanging mechanism. So beautiful! ... show more

The product is gorgeous and it looks much more expensive than it is. Instructions are very poor and if you have no patience or much common sense to figure it out on your own, I would hire someone to install it. Crystals are real, unlike other lamps that are plastic. We had few crystals that came defective but hoping seller will replace them. Overall it’s a magnificent lamp! I would definitely recommend it! ... show more

This chandelier took quite a long time to assemble and was a little difficult to install. I was going to hire an electrician but my husband was adamant about installing it himself lol. As long as you have patience on putting everything together and if you don’t know anything about electrical work hire an electrician BUY it. It is a very solid and beautiful chandelier. One of the parts arrived damage so I contacted the seller Chris and he quickly sent me a replacement piece. He also sent me a long chain and wire since the original one was too short for where I needed to install it. Excellent customer service! Absolutely LOVE it!! ... show more

This chandelier is drop dead gorgeous! We are so in love with it. We literally sat and stared at it for 10 minutes after we got it installed, just admiring it. It was a very involved assembly process- took several hours for my husband to do it. But luckily, there's a video that shows how to do it all (though there's no talking in the video, just a person putting it together). One piece came broken, but I'm sure we'll resolve this issue with ease (Amazon has great customer service). Needless to say, we are in love! ... show more
