  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Good frame, weak plastic cover
Style: 10' x 7' x 7'
I live in Maryland. The frame has held up in wind storms, it's very sturdy. Unfortunately the cover is thin, it tore in a few places, didn't last through the winter and I only had it a few months. Wish the plastic cover was thicker. It lets in a lot of light though which was good while it's lasted. I bought another green house from harbor freight tools, that one's cover is thick and lasted through the winter. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Affordable Greenhouse
Style: 10' x 7' x 7'
This greenhouse is a very good value for the cost. Manufactured well. Items to consider when setting it up: do not over-tighten screws/nuts at joints, due to "lock nuts" being used. I found that the easiest way to anchor assembly is by using 3/4" electrical conduit clamps. I assembled my unit on concrete, so I used masonry screws through the clamps. Manufacturer was generous with the addition of numerous roll-up ventilation windows. I would recommend this unit for someone who wants the best bang for the buck. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Good Quality for the Price
Style: 10' x 7' x 7'
This is a great value, and hard to fault, with a well-thought-out design. I am using in CLT/Z7b for lemon, lavender and assorted borderline Z8 plants. The steel framework is impressive, with all the pieces fitting together well. I laid a gravel floor to improve drainage. My original ambition was to construct a more solid $3000-ish greenhouse, but in full-coward mode, I lowered expectations for these reasons : 1/ the cost, and 2/ available quality of greenhouses like this one, and 3/ the more challenging construction required for self-build kits. Things I liked : 1/ the screws for the framework bars have rubber caps, giving protection against possible skin scratches/scrapes. 2/ the hollow framework bars are light yet substantially thick, about 1 inch. 3/ the overall stability is good, partly because of the solidity of the framework bars. 4/ there is extra overlapping material along bottom edge, so wooden beams or rocks can be placed to improve stability. 5/ the two vertical front high zippers give wonderful easy access. 6/ the wonderful height enables high shelving for smaller plants. Things I didn't like : The instructions are very small-print minimal, with silly pics, though accurate. They needed some head scratching before getting it right, and as usual, you can complete part of the construction and then realize that you just didn't read properly and have to undo it. I spread construction over two days, because of other things happening in life. One person could do this, just taking longer. Took about 4 hours total because I started on my own, then had some help. The tricky part is aligning the framework bars when fitting into each other. They tend to wave about until connected, unless secured by another human. Two people could do it in less. The framework is interesting in that it seems to absorb heat from the sun ( good ) to a high degree, adding to my confidence in the heating capabilities. I had bought an extra cover for additional insulation but may not need it. Using a small 1500W heater, the average inside temp seems to range between 15F and 20F warmer than actual air temperature, but my 7b zone has not yet had really frigid weather, the coldest night thus far being 27F. I have set up a remote thermometer to monitor the temp. Several heavy rainstorms with unusually high winds, but thus far, no fears of everything disintegrating or collapsing and no leakage inside. I have wooden beams along the ground edges. Overall, this is an amazing value, deserving of 5 stars. I have had smaller greenhouses with the same plastic fabric lasting for years, so my sense is that this will last well. I ordered the 10ft length by mistake, instead of the 12ft, and may get wistful about missing the extra 2 ft, however this model fits perfectly in the allocated space, and I am very happy with the product. ... show more

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars Has potential but week plastic
Style: 10' x 7' x 7'
This greenhouse is big enough for my small garden needs but I've only had it since April 2022 and already the plastic cover has holes. That's a huge disappointment. Now I either have to find a replacement cover (although what for since the same thing is going to happen again), buy sturdier plastic and retro fit it to the frame or find a better greenhouse. Set up wasnt that hard, much easier with 2 people. We did find way to weigh down the greenhouse by putting soil bags all around the outside on top of the cover that sits on the ground. We also built some crude tables with left over lumber and closet shelves and tied those to the frame. We've had a few days of strong wind and the greenhouse stayed in place. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Good Value for the Money
Style: 10' x 7' x 7'
Assembled the Tunnel Greenhouse by myself, wasn't difficult but did need to use some things to help hold the rails/side poles since all the parts use the same holes for all attaching pieces. It would be great if you could assemble the longer pieces with separate bolts but with some tape and zip ties got it put together and very pleased with it. I did buy some of the felt tape to put on the side/roof poles to keep the plastic from chafing or burning against the metal. I did kind of find it annoying after measuring things to find it's not 7 foot high or wide but 6.5 feet wide and high. Not a big deal but kind of deceptive information as I designing a wooden door and then discovered the height ;-( Hoping to overwinter some Super Hot Peppers here in North Texas. Still all in all great value for the money in my humble opinion. ... show more
