I’m disappointed because the handle is already coming apart, tearing away from the body of the carrier. It’s too bad because otherwise this is a great item, especially for air travel. It slides under the seat effortlessly and my puppy was quite content.

The inside feels comfortable however when getting a cat in the carrier I have to hold up the top of the carrier or else it will collapse a bit. I was hoping for a sturdier carrier like the ones I've purchased in the past with the same type of material. It will do for what I want it for and that is in case of an emergency, and I need to get my pets out. I wouldn't purchase another one.
