I really love this mini pc and it was a breeze to set up. It’s small and takes up very little space and seems very well built. I was able to get it going and everything I do runs flawlessly and fast including many of my higher end games. It comes with Windows 11 pre-installed, no issues there. It also makes next to no noise, the fan is super quiet. Also, after a few hours gaming I checked it and it was still cool to the touch. So if you’re looking for a powerhouse for a mini of, the Bosgame P3 Plus Mini is 1000% the way to go. Super affordable also!! The $1000+ PC’s at Best Buy doesn’t even come close. You would need almost $1200-$1800 for a comparable set up from the store. So please do yourself a favor and grab one of these while you can! You’re welcome!!! ... show more

    • If you already have a good HD TV or a HD monitor , Mini-PC is a great choice!
This system as little and light as is, it really packs a lot of Windows 11 PC capable of doing pretty much what ever you want it to do. It comes with the semi-current AMD Ryzen 7 CPU (current one cost a little more) , 32GB of DDR4 RAM (Expandable to 64GB), 1TB of m.2 NVMe SSD with a 2nd open slot for a secondary drive, and a 3GB of (Shared) AMD Radeon Graphics Memory, what more can you ask for at this price? I bought this mini-pc to replace my travel/work 15in. laptop being used as a TV, connected to a big TV in my bedroom. It has the same spec as my 15in. laptop, and it cost me $200 less. I only had to connect a USB keyboard and a wireless mouse, connect it to my TV with the supplied HDMI cable, and it's all good to go! I already have a Microsoft account with back-ups from my other laptops, so the setup was very easy. I only had to copy the settings and the apps installed from the laptop that was connected to my TV. This TV laptop I was using, was upgraded to 64GB RAM, and with two 2TB SSD. This was originally going to become my travel laptop for photography stuff, so this BOSGAME P4 Plus served its purpose to replace it. To use this Mini-PC with 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD for a TV-Media Center, it's got more than enough to do whatever. Works like 20 times faster than my old Windows 10 (Win11 unupgradable AMD A10, 24GB Max RAM, sloooooow PC) that I gave a serious Karate chop to. Damn! That felt so good!! I should have taken a photo of the aftermath, and sent the photo to Microsoft to let them know how I feel about them. May be I should do that with the Windowsphone 10 I still have in my "Junk Box".☝🏻😂 My main PC has a AMD Ryzen 9 from 3 years ago, and it's an ASUS gaming laptop. Has 64GB RAM, and has great graphics with the Nvidia card with its dedicated memory. However, doing a task like editing photos, I really can't notice the difference in processing speed with the current and semi-current Ryzen 7 with the same amount of RAM. The only difference I notice is when I'm editing a large file size video, where the AMD Ryzen 9 and Radeon working with the Nvidia GeForce graphics card really out preforms my other machines with the Ryzen 7 with the shared memory Radeon card. So, if photo or video editing isn't the game, this Mini-PC will probably serve it's purpose, with lots of useable ports where you can connect a lot of things an make a wired mess. From about 15 years ago, I've been saying "a huge desktop and tower computers are a thing of the past". They run hot, consume a lot of wattage, take up space, and heavy. Right about the time Intel Core i5 came out, hi-spec laptops began to come down in price. Then, ASUS, Dell (Alienware), and Samsung just went nuts coming out with a high priced big "Gaming Laptops" (still weighed about 10Lbs) just overwhelming the desktops. Yeah, I had one from ASUS, but is was a replacement for an outdated tower PC I just got tired of upgrading. This is my very first purchase of a "Mini-PC", and I am just overwhelmingly impressed with this "BOSGAME". I have it on for 10 hours now, running updates, installing additional apps; etc., and it runs quiet, and much cooler (like room temperature) opposed to my "TV purpose laptop" does. Size is 5" x 5" Square, and only 1 - 3/4" in height. When I travel I need my laptop. I also, take my own movies and dramas to watch and stream with it. Now, I can just take this little bugger, along with a mouse and a mini keyboard, and just plug it in to the hotel's TV. I can now use my laptop as my laptop. 😂👍🏻 ... show more

I couldn't be any happier with this Mini-PC. It replaced a 4 year old desktop and of course it's much faster than the old PC. But there's more: * very small footprint * both RAM and SSD can be upgraded (they are in sockets and are not soldered in), there is even a 2nd empty slot for an additional SSD * it comes with 32 GB of RAM, meaning Windows has enough "room to breathe" * it is whisper quiet, even under full load * It has all the ports that I need * it's super stabile Seriously, I would not know how to improve this great min-PC. Very nice little PC, no complaints after 3 weeks of use. This is not as extensive a review as some others have done but for me, an average user, it seems to do the job very nicely. I had to add a USB hub to it because of insufficient USB ports but that was a minor issue. I don't hear the fan noise at all so that is good. Setup took a bit, but no surprises. Its not blazing fast, but much faster than my old i5 PC. Overall, I recommend. ... show more

    • Poor Customer Support - Avoid this company.

I would advise against purchasing from Bosgame due to unsatisfactory customer support. I purchased my Bosgame P3 Nov 24, 2024. It had a noisy fan - I emailed customer support in January and was told they would send me a new one. It never came. I emailed again on November 13th because the computer had been crashing continuously and the hard drive was reporting faulty blocks. They told me that this was normal, and the drive would map out the blocks. They said they made a note of this and to follow-up if problems continued. The drive completely failed in January and I lost all the data (fortunately had backed up all important documents). I emailed Bosgame that the drive had failed. They told me this was outside of the warranty period and that I would need to replace it myself. The drive was defective within the warranty period, and I have multiple emails with their technical support to prove it. I have now emailed 3 times asking them to rectify this, and they have stopped responding. I would avoid purchasing from this company, and recommend one with better customer support. ... show more

This little thing is great! It takes up such little space and is pretty fast! When my other computer went out I thought I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars to replace it. That is until I found this little guy! I can use it to literally do everything I want or need!! I can peruse the internet, stream videos, access my email. It is definitely worth the money.     • Great choice for desktop power
Until recently I didn't realize mini-pcs were a thing. However, they make perfect sense! In replacing my old Windows 10 desktop, I knew that I didn't want a laptop because I have two large monitors and don't travel with my personal computer. Desktops are still big and clunky with unexpectedly high costs. The mini PC fits perfectly into the middle. It has the power and hardware specs of a desktop without the higher price tag. This particular one which I purchased has been flawless so far. Out of the box it goes through the Windows 11 setup process and matches the specs that I ordered. It is fast, quiet and everything I needed with an upgraded computer. Importantly, it is also everything I did NOT need. This does not ship with a keyboard or mouse, which is perfect because I did not want either. My biggest concern purchasing was the video connections. All the mini pcs advertise the same 3 monitor connectivity, but in order to support that you need 3 different cables. My two monitors were both using display port (DP), and now I'm using one DP and one HDMI. About half the time the HDMI connected monitor will work in the monitor's auto detect setting and switch seamlessly between this mini pc and my work laptop which is still using two DP. The other half of the time I have to go into the monitor settings and switch the input to HDMI. Thankfully, I only switch between computers about once per day, but if it becomes too annoying I will get an HDMI to DP adapter. One knock against the system is that I originally tried to put a SDD hard drive from my previous computer into this mini pc, but I could not remove the plastic fan component to get at the slot. The booklet indicates removal is possible and the slot exists, but I didn't want to break it so I stopped trying. Instead I used Windows Disk Management to create a partition and manually copied the files I needed. If you're looking to upgrade and have the same type of setup as me, you won't be disappointed with this powerful little machine. ... show more

Small, quiet, fast,way better than my I3 with windows 10, perhaps as good or better than my (pre-retirement) NUC7 running solidworks with multiple monitors simultaneously with multiple apps. Used a portable hard drive to transfer files, it was 45+ minutes to load into the HD, less than 5 to upload to the Bosgame. Driving two monitors @2560x1440 landscape and 1080x1920 portrait, a little light image editing, hasn't faltered so far. Nothing heavy yet. ... show more
