The media could not be loaded. I went on a trip recently and rode on a few different e bikes to get around the city as well as take tours. When I got back I had to have one. The standard looking bikes have seats that make your butt hurt after an hour or so of riding, so when I saw this bike with a motorcycle style seat I thought id give it a shot. My included video shows both riding the bike to see the display, as well as the exterior features such as the headlight and brake lights. The models I was riding in Europe did not have this functionality. Normally amazon asks to rate features, but that was not an option so I will rate them below. Comfort: 10/10 the seat is well padded and comfortable for rides around an hour long, there is also space for a second person if you had kids who wanted to ride the bike around. Speed: The bike has 5 levels, and the one I used previously had 9. I think 5 is a decent speed, but I wish it did have 1 or 2 more levels for when you wanted to get back up to speed quick if you have to stop for a railroad track or something on your path. Light: Breaklights are great and 10/10. The headlight I would say is a 7/10. I wish it had a high beam mode or something to get more light out of it. You can adjust the angle of it with the screw, but it could be a bit brighter to see cracks. Brakes: One thing that has been strange to comfortable with is the right side brake does the front instead of the rear, all other bikes I have been on were opposite, but the brakes are disk and work well to stop you. Suspension: This bike has both front and rear suspension. I think he rear could be a bit firmer for heavier people as it does get bouncy, but if you are under like 220lb it will be fine. The front shock is as good as other bikes I have ridden. The tires are also large so you don't have to worry in some grass about getting around. Their size also adds to the comfort. Battery: It shipped with a full battery. The battery also has a key to keep it locked on the bike. The range is about 40 miles using the pedal assistant and I have found its around half if you just use the motor and let it move you. Display: The bike has a display to show speed, power setting, light status (dims when headlight is on), and battery as well as a mileage readout. Note: The +/- controller has the power button on the bottom, the light on the left side. I did not pay attention to the manual and almost missed that. So far the bike has been excellent.

I purchased bike to ride on local trails and i couldn’t be happier. To start, the bike is shipped in a really sturdy box. Everything was in excellent condition upon arrival. Installation was very easy. The instructions are very straightforward and I was able to completely assemble the bike in about 30 minutes. I am not particularly handy and it was easy for me. The performance is great. The range seems true and the speed is also as advertised. The bike feels like it’s going incredibly fast, but it’s really stable at top speed, which is nice when you want to get somewhere fast. I have put around 100 miles on the bike this far and everything is operating as I hoped it would. The tires are a nice thick size and they perform really well on pavement and off road. I really don’t have anything negative to say about this bike. I am over 6 feet tall and 250 pounds and it is very comfortable. The suspension is great and makes for a really comfortable ride, and it also alleviates a lot of stress on your body. Overall, I am so pleased with this purchase and I will be buying another one for my wife!

My son is going to secondary school next year and I bought him one for Christmas to make it easier for him to get to school. My son is very happy and loves this e-bike! Firstly, it was very easy to set up - everything was intuitive and he was riding it in no time. One of its best features is its portability; the compact folding design makes it easy to store in the trunk of my car. Then it looks very sleek and modern - definitely an eye-catcher! In terms of performance, I was very impressed with its speed; it's perfect for zipping around quickly. The battery life is also very long and the charging time is short, so you can go at any time without having to wait for a long time. What really stands out is the smooth ride quality. Whether it's city streets, sidewalks or slightly rough terrain, the scooter handles it with ease thanks to its sturdy construction and reliable tires. It's also very easy to maneuver, making it perfect for navigating traffic or tight spaces. Overall, this e-bike ticks all the boxes in terms of design, performance and convenience. If you're looking for a reliable, stylish and suitable electric scooter for adults, this is definitely the one to go for. Highly recommended!

Biggest POS ever. And their Customer Service is just as bad. Bought for my daughter. Blew a tire for no reason after 15 miles (yes I know stock are junk). After 100 miles, went through and tightened all bolts. Around 150 miles, the front axle decided to break dumping my daughter at about 15 mph. Ordered new front axel and front rotor. 3-5 day shipping. After 14 days I contacted them and they gave me a tracking #, but it just kept saying "waiting for package to be picked up. After 21 days I contacted them again, and they said "oh, sorry, we are out of those parts and they should ship soon" At that point I went and bought generic parts off Amazon to get my daughter mobile again. She has been riding the bike for a week since I got it going and now it throught the back axel and wheel. Save you $$$ and get a different brand. 0/5 stars
