Creamy, pigmented, a lot of product for the price, and doesn't irritate my skin! This concealer is pretty good. One small swipe and the darkness under my eyes is gone! When using a sponge to blend, it can be a little drying underneath my eyes and can also be a tiny bit patchy. I will have to try and blend with a brush and see if that fixes it. I've tried many of the top brand concealers and I have to say that this is one of the best ones, despite being more of a budget brand. I used to wear $40 concealers and thought that I was getting the best quality until I found this particular concealer. I was suspect at first because it's really inexpensive. But it actually works the best for what I need it for. It conceals really well without having to layer too much, making it so it doesn't feel really caked. I also don't notice intense creasing, which is a huge insecurity when I wear concealer under my eyes. So I feel a little bit more made up when wearing this brand of concealer over the more expensive brands. It's not watery, but it isn't super thick. It's kind of in that middle area that feels perfect, or near it. And as a person who's super pale, I was surprised I found a color light enough to also highlight me as well as match my skin tone.
