Doesn't irritate my eyes, goes on smooth, I like the color. Lasts a decently long time, the brush thingie works well. It washes off with a bit of extra scrubbing (if just using soap and water), and after if there's anything left it can be easily rubbed off. But when it goes on, it's on. There’s a different Elf eyeliner that is much better I was trying to purchase but mixed them up. It’s harder to control, harder to fix mistakes with a q-tip. While it’s very pigmented, the wing itself lasts all day, it simultaneously makes a mess of my upper eye EXTREMELY easily. It’s kinda annoying but does work. I’ve noticed it works better if I have eyeshadow but I normally don’t most days. Even though my upper eyelid often has black residue, to the point where I have to clean it up every hour or two, it’s kinda difficult to remove. ... show more

So the color is great, and it stays on fairly well BUT I have only had this about a week or so and the tip is all funky. It’s like mushy and didn’t keep the firm form you need for that nice sharp line. It’s almost like a foam sponge feeling and it’s just messy and kind of falling apart? I thirds that’s the best way to explain it. I have Maybelline tattoo studio dip ink liner with a tip similar and it’s totally fine. I just didn’t love their shade of brown. It looked too light. Such a disappointment. I can’t even use the Elf one at this point due to the awful quality wand and tip. ... show more
