My v10 vacuum was having issues known for a seal going bad over time. We went with a 3rd party seal but it wouldn’t perform the same. Dyson doesn’t sell just that seal so replacing the entire canister was the only option. It fit perfectly as OEM should. The install is just a direct replacement when you remove to clean the canister. I was so excited when this dust bin arrived since my Dyson cordless Animal V10 dustbin was no longer working right and this one said it would work. This one looks just like Dyson and even has the paperwork to show how to install just like Dyson but something wasn't right. As you can see in the photo the wand part was hanging loose and it's not vacuuming as good after only having it a week! Also it's hard to empty the dustbin it will not open. The entire dustbin pops off! I already threw the box away and paperwork so I cannot return it but I will leave a review! ... show more
