I have a babyliss pro flat iron. Then decided to get this. It is easy to use wired and wireless. It heats up to 410 very fast. My hair is naturally curly. It straightens my dried hair in two fast runs or one slow run. Wireless part makes it convenient. I watch TV while straightening my hair. Hair doesnt get pulled by the iron. However, by the time I am done the battery gets down to 3/4. It also has an airplane mode due to its battery type, so it can be carried on a plane. I am very satisfied with it. I was going to keep this regardless if it didn’t work as well as my $30 Remington but it is that bad that I had to return. It pulls your hair unless your straightening 3 hairs at a time. It’s heavy. It dies in 10 minutes. Bad bad bad. It is the cutest looking hair straightener I have seen but it is not worth $500. It is not even worth $100. I will admit I didn't want to spend the money for a Dyson, but I am glad I snagged this when it had a deal! My hair feels healthy and looks amazing after using this straighter to straighten and curl my hair. It's easy to use, comes with a stand, and I love that it is cordless so I don't have to standing next to a plug. And it charges very quickly, so even if the battery is low you can charge it for five minutes and have enough juice to use it. This product feels like it weighs as much as a Mac Book Pro. The Amazon description does not provide that infomation. I never tried using the Dyson Hair Straightner due to dissatisfaction with the significant weight issue. Trying to return the product is also a challenge. The seller does not allow for it to be returned to a UPS drop off location. You must "schedule" a delivery pick-up and personally sign to return the product. Of course when you "schedule" a pick-up there is no date or time provided so you must ensure you have nothing else to do but wait for UPS.
