I bought this the end of January 2023. This is my second Dyson dryer. The first one was a gift in 2020. It still works perfectly today. I love it so when I saw this one, I had to have it! I love using it to blow dry my curly hair straight. I normally diffuse my hair with the other Dyson. I don’t straighten my hair often, so I rarely use this new Dyson I got a few months ago. I am so, so, so disappointed because today I’m the middle of using this it just stopped working. I’ve never had this happen to me. I cannot believe how many reviewers are saying the exact same thing that happened to me, happened to me. There is no way this company is getting away with selling a $600 blow dryer that does not work. I e literally only used this dryer a handful of times. This is ridiculous and if Amazon continues to allow these types of products and these things keep happening I will no longer use this app. I want a full refund or a new dryer. There is no way to even contact through the app which is just disgusting so I will call the number on the dryer and report as well as report to my credit card company because this is not the right way to treat people. If you are going to sell a high price item it better be worthwhile is all I can say. ... show more

I used a friends and absolutely loved the results. I ordered one and I am seriously not sure if mine is legit. In no way does it hold any style or curl for my hair like my friends did. It leaves it frizzy and unstyked instead. So bummed I spent money on this.

    • Scam scam scam - COUNTER FIT PRODUCT
DO NOT PURCHASE,! We bought this and confirmed with Dyson directly that this is a counter-fit knock off. You can tell by the plug box on the cord. The authentic one has a plug box with two buttons. I saw this on another review yet we gave it a try.
