Bought for 3 year old grandson. Bike was packaged safely with cardboard around every painted surface. Only issue is something I saw in some other reviews. The bolts on the rear wheel were so tight from the factory that it was very difficult to pedal. The front wheel (which I installed) would spin multiple times when pushed. The rear wheel would spin maybe 2 times before the friction stopped it. We had to loosen the nut holding on that rear wheel a bit just to let the darn wheel spin. They took some effort as it was over tightened. My grandson could not pedal it at first but we were able to make it work. Since this same issue has shown up several times, seems like a quality control issue. They must have the Incredible Hulk tightening the nuts in the factory as the torque is far above what is necessary. Fixed now. Rest of the bike was fine. Good size for a 3 year old. ... show more

If I could write a worse review, I would. There’s nothing like seeing a child disappointed. I put the bike together. Those things seem to come together pretty easily. However the bike is it affected when you pedal forward, the gear gets stuck. My child felt like he was doing something wrong and really the bike is defected.
