The media could not be loaded. I'm very pleased with the product it seems very well made and it has a very good size cord. The price is steep and it could be much less expensive considering it's manufacturing origin I'll see how long it lasts but so far so good.

Hi, we’ve all experienced some disappointment with products purchased in the past especially when the products received are less than that of the products description. This Ultrasonic Mist Maker is exactly as listed and produces an immense amount of fog ! The power unit ant the 12 head unit are perfect matched. That’s important. If the power unit is undersized for the head, both units will need to work much harder to produce the desired amount of fog leading to early demise of either the power unit and or the head. If using a humidistat, one will reach the desired humidity level much quicker leaving the units to rest all the while saving energy. Product was well packaged with all listed pieces present. The media could not be loaded. We used this fogger in our water feature as a part of our 2023 Philadelphia flower show exhibit. It was an absolute showstopper. Everyone commented on how awesome the fog was as it drifted across the pond.

We needed a fogger for our Halloween display this year so we ordered this. We out it in 8 inches of water and turned it on, and it would pulsate because the unit does not sit deep enough in the water. Ended up having to put water into the buoys so it would sink low enough to put out constant fog. Just a heads up.
